Nothing to complain. It is exactly like the description. Very easy to access from the highway.
Pros:

All good. Very close to the station to board the rigi train. Parking is very easy to find underground. It is paid parking, remember to start the session in the easypark app.

Staliśmy pod drzwiami 5 minut bo ktoś wpadł na pomysł żeby odblokować dostęp do garażu i pokoju kluczem przez internet. Działało to bardzo kiepsko i niekiedy czekałem 5 minut aby wejść co łącznie dawało 10 minut z garażu - porażka!! Dodatkowo tak twardego materaca jeszcze w życiu nie miałem a sporo podróżuje.

Gute Wahl, aber nicht gerade für heiße Temperaturen
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Zimmer hat alles was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. An Sauberkeit ist es nicht zu übertreffen. Dadurch fühlt man sich direkt sehr wohl.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist für 2-3 Personen schon sehr klein. Das Zimmer heizt sich leider im Sommer sehr schnell auf und kühlt nachts kaum ab. Dafür wurde ein Ventilator auf dem Zimmer bereitgestellt.

The space in the apartment was good.

Cons:

Very very basic facilities. Small beds. Noisy location being very close to the road.. no access to gym or any other facilities, early check out times. Expensive for the services offered .

Schlaflos durch Lärm und stickige Luft (nichts für den Urlaub)
Pros:

Kleines Apartment mit Küchenzeile und schönem Mini-Badezimmer. Problemloser Self-Check-In und Pkw-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (7 SFR/ Tag). Rigi-Bahn Haltestelle nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Das Apartment ist winzig und sehr stickig. Da es direkt an der Autobahnauffahrt liegt kann man das Zimmer nicht lüften, da der Lärm von der Straße extrem ist. Dies geht bis tief in die Nacht und weckt einen schon sehr früh am Morgen. Im Treppenhaus und Aufzug riecht es stark nach Unrat und scharfen Desinfektionsmitteln. Für das Gebotene ist das Apartment viel zu teuer. Eine Klimaanlage könnte Besserung bringen. So ist es in dem Apartment kaum auszuhalten. Das Mobiliar erinnert an frühere Jugendzimmer-Ausstattungen und ist nicht sehr hochwertig.

Pros:

Tiefgarage war gut. Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt für 1 Nacht.

Cons:

Trotz gebuchtem und bezahltem Early-Checkin konnten wir erst später in das Zimmer. Das die Decke nur aus einem Anzug bestand, ohne Inhalt.

Pros:

Lokalita blízko zastávky Goldau A4 na Rigi, podzemní garáž s možností nabíjení , skříně s poličkami a fungující online odbavení, velký balkón a čaj a kapsle do kavovaru, který bohužel nebyl plně funkční. Na otevírání dveří je z našeho pohledu praktičtější používat klasickou plastovou kartu, která se načipuje u hlavního vchodu (jde i více a funguje pro všechny vstupy-hlavní vchod, od garáží, do pokoje i do prádelny).

Cons:

Pokoj ve kterém je zároveň kuchyňská linka je velmi malý a po vaření v kombinaci s velkými venkovními teplotami je poté v pokoji velké teplo, takže v noci se moc dobře nespí (chtělo by to klimatizaci). Balkonové okno k větrání se dá použít cca v čase od 23.30 do 5.30 hod., protože jinak byl do pokoje slyšet hluk z projíždějících aut z nedaleké silnice. V kuchyňce nám chyběl cedník na těstoviny, naběračka a hlavně nám i přes upozornění a údajnou následnou opravu plně nefungoval kávovar.
