Las habitaciones son lindas y están bien ambientadas, aunque en mi caso no había realmente un sofá cama como se indicaba. La limpieza general de las instalaciones es buena, aunque el servicio de limpieza de la habitación se realiza cada tres días, frecuencia que considero insuficiente especialmente en un destino de playa, donde se acumulan fácilmente arena y humedad.

Respecto del personal, quiero destacar que fueron correctos y amables en el trato. Sin embargo, frente a los inconvenientes que planteé no recibí ninguna solución concreta. La respuesta fue reiteradamente que se trataba de “políticas de la empresa” y que ellos no tenían posibilidad de hacer nada. Entiendo que ciertas decisiones no dependen

La experiencia estuvo bastante por debajo de mis expectativas y considero que hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar. Para empezar, el alojamiento no cuenta con agua caliente en las duchas, algo que no se informa claramente antes de reservar. Independientemente del clima de Santa Marta, me parece un dato básico que debería comunicarse previamente para que cada huésped pueda decidir si acepta o no esa condición.

El desayuno fue uno de los aspectos más decepcionantes. Es muy limitado y con poca variedad. Ofrecen una pequeña porción de huevos revueltos preparados en el momento, a los que se puede agregar tomate, cebolla o salchicha. Al pedir repetir la porción, me informaron que debía pagarla aparte, algo que me sorprendió mucho tratándose de un desayuno incluido en la tarifa.

Además, entregan una sola tostada de pan de molde, dos opciones de fruta de estación, yogur líquido con granola y café. El café se sirve en vasos plásticos/térmicos que transmiten muchísimo el calor y resultan incómodos de sostener. No había opciones de endulzantes sin azúcar y tampoco ofrecen siquiera agua para acompañar el desayuno: si uno quiere agua, debe comprarla aparte. En conjunto, el desayuno me pareció demasiado básico y restringido para lo que esperaba del alojamiento.

Ontspannen
Pros:

Om te beginnen: de kamer had een 2 pits gasstel en een koelkast. Verder 2 pannetjes en wat kookgerei. We hebben verschillende steden in Columbia bezocht, en als je van hotel naar hotel gaat, is het heerlijk om eens zelf te koken. De kamers zijn groot!
Het hotel verzorgt een prima ontbijtje en er zijn lekkere drankjes te bestellen bij het zwembad. Het personeel is vriendelijk en doet zijn best om het je naar je zin te maken. Naast de receptie zit een elektrische fiets-scooter verhuur. De medewerkers spreken Engels. Wij Nederlanders zijn misschien iets te groot voor de scooters, maar het is leuk om het verkeer van Columbia een keer te trotseren.
Er zit een redelijke supermarkt op loopafstand, richting het uitgaansgebied/strand.

Cons:

Waar je tegen moet kunnen is lawaai van anderen. Columbianen houden van een beetje extra. Gasten kunnen hun eigen speaker meenemen naar het zwembadje, muziek draaien op de kamer en op vol volume naar hun telefoon luisteren.
Dit heeft niks met het hotel te maken, maar het gebeurt.

Podría mejorar con un poquito de mantenimiento. La relación calidad precio es buena

Cons:

A pesar de ser un lugar bonito,pierde el encanto por estar muy dejado. Falta mantenimiento en general, pintura de paredes, pasillos, barrer hojas y cuidar el espacio de la piscina
