A gem
Pros:

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with all the equipment and facilities you could want. A very friendly neighbour welcomed us and let us in. Located a short but steep walk from the gorgeous castle. Our host gave plenty of information

Cons:

The driveway and parking are a bit steep and tight. The shower is in the bath and the walk to the castle is steep - not recommended for those who are a bit less mobile

Riesiges sehr komfortables Apartment mit toller Aussicht fernab vom Trubel.2
Pros:

Riesige Ferienwohnung mit zwei sehr schönen großen Schlafzimmern mit sehr großen und bequemen Betten und Zugang zu einem tollen fast umlaufenden Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Vor der Haustür gibt es auch noch einen Sitzplatz zum Essen, das heißt, egal wo die Sonne steht, findet man immer Schatten. Kein Fernseher, den man bei der schönen Aussicht aber auch nicht braucht. Leitungswasser kann man trinken was in Albanien keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.
Insgesamt tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, denn der Weg in die Stadt (z.B. 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt und Bäcker) ist auch recht steil. Es war unsere schönste Unterkunft in Albanien mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über das Tal, an dem man sich nicht satt sehen kann. Die etwas qualvolle Anfahrt lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Cons:

Einziges Manko: Anfahrt über eine sehr steile Schotterstraße, aber hier hilft der Besitzer und weist einen ein.

Fijne locatie om het prachtige plaatsje Berat te bezoeken.
Pros:

Wij hadden het geluk dat we het appartement op de 4e verdieping mochten huren. Deze heeft een fijn en groot dakterras met prachtig uitzicht. De loungebank was een heerlijke plek om te relaxen en in het zonnetje ontbijten maakt het vakantiegevoel compleet.
Wat ook prettig is wanneer je met 2 stellen reist is dat ieder een eigen badkamer heeft. Een top plek om een paar nachten te verblijven.

Cons:

De weg naar de accommodatie is met een (grote) auto een uitdaging door de smalle en steile weggetjes er naartoe.

Skøn lejlighed
Pros:

Utrolig smuk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over Berat. Stor og ren lejlighed med masser af plads til vores 3 børn og med terrasser på alle sider. Vi ville helt klart booke den igen. Et af de bedste steder vi boede i Albanien.

Cons:

Vejen derned kan godt være en smule udfordrende, hvis man ikke er rutineret bilist, da det er smalle passager, bumpet vej og kræver man bakker det sidste stykke ned af en stejl bakke.

Apartamento enorme e muito confortável. Inclui um grande terraço com sofás e mesa de exterior com vista lindíssimas. Todas as facilidades de cozinha.
Boa comunicação com a anfitriã

Cons:

Acesso de carro em más condições e lugar de garagem também com uma curva apertada que pode ser traiçoeira, mas nada que com cuidado não se consiga fazer.
Localização - pensávamos que era muito perto do castelo, mas ainda é uma caminhada de 700 metros a subir.

Le logement est spacieux et bien positionné. Vous pouvez vous rentre dans le centre de Bérat à pied.
Le logement est bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et les espaces de vie sont grands. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, le propriétaire est sympathique.
