A good basic option for a couple staying in Prague for a short trip
Pros:

Great location, close to Prague Main Railway station (Hlavní nádraží) with easy access to the metro, trams, buses and trains for traveling outside the city. The city center and Old Town Square are about 15 minutes walk away. There are several supermarkets nearby as well as a park. The reception is open until 7 pm. We arrived late but there was someone in the building who let us in and gave us the room keys. The room itself was comfortable and suitable for a couple, with all basis amenities we needed for a short stay. The cleanliness level was good and we appreciated that after the 2nd night the room was cleaned and the bed linen and towels were changed free of charge. The Wi-Fi was fast and the room was quiet at nights. The blackout curtains also helped make sleeping more comfortable.

Cons:

There were no extra pillows available, the shower water was not always very hot and although the water pressure could be adjusted, it was still not very strong. Also the amount of tea and coffee capsules provided for 2 people was quite limited for a 5 night stay, and they weren't replenished after the room cleaning. Also there was the air conditioner in the room with a remote control available but we were unable to get it working during our stay. However, we visited Prague in early May when the weather was not very hot so we did not contact the reception about it. The room felt quite basic and lacked a bit coziness and extra comfort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back when traveling to Prague especially outside the city.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng rộng rãi và đầy đủ tiện nghi, có smart TV, có máy lạnh. Vị trí gần ga tàu, có siêu thị quán ăn, tiện ích xung quanh đầy đủ.

Cons:

bên trong lò vi sóng chưa được vệ sinh. Lẽ ra tôi đã đánh giá 10 điểm nhưng cái bồn cầu chưa sạch hoàn toàn làm tôi có cảm giác rất khó chịu mỗi khi bước vào nhà vệ sinh. Do phía bên trong chưa được vệ sinh kỹ nên đứng xa nhìn thẳng vào sẽ thấy rất dơ. Tôi đã nhờ với nhân viên dọn sạch hơn nhưng không có kết quả.

Superb apartment in a fabulous location. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The apartment was absolutely superb. Receptionist was great, location was great and the apartment had everything you could possibly want. I travel solo and even the internal doors locked so I felt completely safe at all times. Very comfy bed and lovely, big towels. It’s honestly one of the best apartments I’ve ever booked.

Cons:

That I wasn’t staying there longer 🤪

Location, rather quiet outside, so you can open window

Layout of the apartment, price, very little coffee, limited option on cancelling (if you cancel a few days before arriving you lose money for the whole staying not just for one night as it’s usually in other hotels)
