Für uns prima! Empfehlung.
Pros:

Lage ist gut: im Hof und damit nicht an der Straße, eine Sitzecke draußen, alles im gepflegtem Zustand; nette Gastgeberin.

Cons:

Dachfenster sollte verdunkelt werden können.

Insgesamt gut, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ich hätte mir noch Gewürze und Fett zum Kochen gewünscht.

Cons:

Es war so warm, dass ein Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen wäre.
Außerdem hätte ich es gut gefunden, wenn alle sich an die Ruhezeiten halten.

Cons:

Leider war es extrem heiß im Zimmer, da die Außentemperatur zu der Zeit meines Besuchs bei ca 40 Grad C lagen. Trotzdem der Ventilator auf höchster Stufe durchgehend gelaufen ist, kühlte es nicht ab. Auch das Bad war extrem heiß. Die blickdichten Gardinen konnten die Hitze leider nicht abhalten. Daher konnte ich kaum schlafen.

Die Sauberkeit, die Lage, die Ruhe im Haus

Cons:

Es war alles bestens. Nur ein kleiner Tipp: in der Küchenzeile fehlt eine Möglichkeit, das Küchenhandtuch aufzuhängen.

Just a one night stay but very comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Easy to get into the city centre with 4 tram options. The No4 & 51 directly across the road and the no 10 & 11 just around the corner. Just check the last tram times. They run late, we got the 51 at gone 00:30.

Cons:

It’s a bit of a late check in time although we did call the much earlier and the very nice lady came and checked us in, so a positive end.

Absolut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Appartment Haus ist super gelegen, das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Einzige Minuspunkt war das sehr knapp bemessene Geschirr und Besteck.

Immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Super freundlicher Empfang. Auch noch ein mal ein herzliches Dankeschön für die spontane Fahrt in die Stadt. Wer Luxus und Komfort benötigt ist hier falsch. Es ist sauber und es ist alles für ein Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung da.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist klein. Wir waren zu dritt und mehr hätten es nicht sein dürfen.
