Pros:

Auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis, es ist mal was anderes.
Der Check-In, später als geplant erst nach 22 Uhr, war unkompliziert möglich. Freundlicher Kontakt.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer waren unterm Dach, mit Dachschrägen, nichts für Menschen über 1,60 m .
Den Stil mit Ritterportraits, güldenen Bilderrahmen, Truhen und Stuck in jedem Winkel, muss man mögen.
Leider kein Frühstück, zumindest Brötchenservice wäre toll.

Der Gastgeber war freundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber,

Leider war das Zimmer recht lieblos eingerichtet. Das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht ab, der Wasserhahn in der Spülen war lose, ebenso der Toilettendeckel. Leider standen lediglich nur Parkplätze an der Straße, oder auf dem unbefestigten Parkplatz zu Verfügung.

Cons:

Es gibt keinerlei Verpflegung, nicht mal einen Getränkeautomat obwoh esl fußläufig keine Möglichkeit zum Frühstück, Essen oder Trinken gibt.

Pros:

Das Hotel wurde 1977 renoviert und so sieht es auch aus. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Etwas komfortabeler hätte es schon sein dürfen. Es wäre auch schön, wenn wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser im Hotel erhältlich gewesen wäre.

Für eine Woche Aufenthalt perfekt wenn man sich selbst verpflegen möchte.
Pros:

Außergewöhnliche Ausstattung was seines gleichen sucht. Es ist wie als kommt man in ein anderes Zeitalter. Mir persönlich hat es sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Es ist ein reines Luxus Problem und auch nicht relevant. Die WLan Verbindung war immer wieder weg bis gar nicht vorhanden.

Relaxing and convenient for all we wanted to do .
Pros:

Haus Laer is a wonderful if you love art, antiques and German history. The rooms are comfortable and the service very good.

Cons:

As the hotel is self catering the cooking facilities are adequate but a little limited. A toaster, cooking ring, fridge, kettle and coffee machine are fine for breakfast . For a dinner or lunch we found Cigos at the Kemmnader See is great.

Pros:

Piękny obiekt w odległości 20 minutowego spaceru od głównej linii tramwajowej w Bochum. Położony bliżej terenów zielonych na południowym wschodzie miasta. Dla osób ceniących wnętrza retro i spokój bardzo dobre miejsce relatywnie blisko Uniwersytetu. Wygodne łóżko, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Recepcja jest czynna w określonych godzinach, ale osoba odpowiedzialna za obiekt jest dostępna po ustaleniu terminu. Komunikacja elektroniczna bardzo płynna. Niezmiernie miły właściciel.

Definitely an experience to have
Pros:

Has a LOT of character is immerse in the nature and is very close to several key attractions. The owner is a wonderful person very welcoming and friendly

Cons:

I suggest only to: put a non-slip mat in the shower, a coat rack at the entrance to the room, and be careful with the kettle, which has a broken lid and can burn you. Furthermore, since there are convenient kitchens available, I would suggest providing coffee, tea, sugar, honey, and milk for guests, as well as basic essentials like salt and oil in case you want to quickly cook an egg without having to buy everything you need for just one night. For the rest ALL IS GREAT !!

Einfrucksvoll restaurierte Anlage mit Charme und romantik. Unmittelbar in der Nähe von der Stadt
Pros:

Es ist eine Rittergut welches natürlich den Mitteralterlichen Stil ausmacht. Es ist sehr grün und außerhalb von der Stadt oder jeglichen anderen Häusern.
Wir waren zum Starlight Espress angereist und waren unmittelbar auch an der Halle. Gleich nebenan sind noch weitere Einrichtungen wie zum Beispiel das Stadion von Bochum.
Also perfekte Lage wenn man es Ländlich mag.
Die kleine Küchenzeile haben wir genutzt um uns Frühstück und Abendbrot zu bereiten.

Cons:

Sind in allem zufrieden gewesen. Wie gesagt, man muß wissen das man nicht Luxus pur erwarten kann wenn man auf die Lage und das flair der Anlage wert legt
