We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the stuff were kind. The facilities are very good. Would definitely recommend .

Fijn verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Appartementen met centrale ligging in Mannheim. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die per mail goed bereikbaar zijn en snel en vriendelijk reageren. Verder is de kamer netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Het heet een appartement, maar heeft de grootte van een hotelkamer waarbij in het halletje bij binnenkomst een mini keukentje is geplaatst.

Pros:

Central location was easy to reach from the station. Staff were helpful checking we had everything we needed. Putting a selection of cereals in our room for the bank holiday. When they planned to close reception. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Remember to put do not disturb on the door. As housekeeping come round early. Probably as more business people using the accommodation than tourists.

Pros:

Tichý pokoj, hezké, účelné zařízení, koupelna prostorná. Umístění hotelu v centru města. Milá paní recepční.

Cons:

Kuchyňský kout velmi malinký, nebylo skoro ani kam položit hrnky na čaj apod. Dvakrát za pobyt nám do pokoje bez zaklepání vešla paní uklízečka (byly jsme ještě v pyžamu).

Pros:

La mia camera con una piccola area esterna era bellissima, il personale super super gentile. Posizione super centrale, zona ben collegata.
Sono stata a mannhaim per il festival time warp e se dovessi ritornare il mio alloggio resterebbe questo.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Empfang: Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt, und alle Anliegen wurden schnell und kompetent bearbeitet.

Ein großes Dankeschön für den ausgezeichneten Service – ich komme gerne wieder.
