El himobiliario del comedor sillas mesas ect y la bajilla rota es que le dan muchos golpes al recogerla y lleva a escándalo en el comedor y que cobren por la toallas un euro por dia nunca me havia pasado la fianza si pero cobrar por dia

Pros:

El apartamento tenia todo lo basico para pasar unos dias y nos dejaron una botella de agua al entrar en el apartamento. Relacion precio - calidad buena.

Cons:

El colchon del sofa cama de la sala, muy incomodo, eramos rres adultos y el que le toco allí paso malas noches.

La localización y el apartamento en sí estaba bien

Cons:

La limpieza dejó mucho que desear, hemos cogido un brote de granitos , provocados por chinches, diagnosticado por el médico, tuvimos que acudir de los picores y fue al dormir allí, según llegamos nos dirigimos a urgencias , nunca nos había pasado algo igual , es algo de higiene y me parece horrible tener que coger esto por limpieza

Pros:

Weve been back 3 times this year ..Its always enjoyable every time ..the people we meet are amazing ..The rooms are spotless ..clean and we had a beautiful sea view.. pools are nice and the grounds are spotless

Apartamentos camas cómodas limpieza excelente ,buffet variado, la animación todo el personal muy amable sobre todo el cocinero dominicano ...volveremos a repetir sin duda muchas gracias .

Pros:

- La localización es muy buena. A 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Fácil aparcamiento cerca.
- El personal tiene un trato muy agradable.
- Si vas con niños tiene bastante zonas de entretenimiento.

Cons:

- Pagamos por una cama de matrimonio y nos pusieron 2 individuales juntas, como te acercases a la zona donde se juntaban ambas camas te hincabas todo el borde.
- No nos pusieron toallas, cuando fuimos a reclamarlas únicamente nos dieron 2 individuales, ni de manos, ni nada…
- El buffet, horrible. Teníamos todo incluido y solo desayunamos dos días porque era terrible. El resto de los días, las comidas y las cenas las hicimos fuera… Zumo de piña que parecía limonada, café aguado, huevos insípidos..

La struttura è bella ma quei campi di calcetto e tennis non si possono guardare. Appartamento ok

Cons:

Diverse zone da ristrutturare come dicevo prima campo da tennis e calcetto.
Sul mangiare avrei tanto da dire, troppo riciclo, riso troppo cotto, pasta troppo cotta, frutta fresca di scarsa qualità, in sala non c’era l’acqua gassata e quella che era al bar era imbevibile. E tanto altro…..

Podría mejorar muchas cosas a la llegada en el bar piscina no habían cosas y el personal ignorándonos excepto una chica

Nice resort but all inclusive should be ALL inclusive

Nice modern apartment. Good location, relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. You couldn’t take food to your apartment from the restaurant even though it was all inclusive. You had to buy bottles of water as you’re not allowed to refill bottles. You have to pay extra for air conditioning, safe and WiFi for the TV. All inclusive drinks were low alcohol and non branded.
