Un lieu idéal pour se reposer en famille, au calme, mais assez éloigné de la ville et sans véritable accès à Internet.
Pros:

L’hébergement est très calme, silencieux et parfaitement adapté aux familles.

Cons:

De plus, la connexion Internet ne fonctionne pratiquement nulle part sur la propriété, et le réseau téléphonique est également très faible, voire inexistant selon les endroits. Nous avons également constaté un manque d’entretien du jardin et de l’éclairage extérieur : l’ensemble donne une impression d’abandon, avec une absence totale de lumière sur le parking ainsi que dans les parties communes, ce qui nuit au confort et au sentiment de sécurité.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble
Pros:

La proximité, le lieu, l’appartement en lui même ainsi que la terrasse qui très agréable.

Cons:

L’appartement est très agréable mais il manque d’équipement comme un sèche cheveux et surtout une cafetière qui pour moi est indispensable lors d’un séjour. Il n’y a également aucun réseau au sein de l’établissement malgré la wifi.

Pros:

Der beheizte Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut erreichbar. Ruhige Lage.

Nous avons apprécié notre week-end dans cette résidence.
Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée.
Petit + Nous avons pu rendre l'appartement un peu plus tard que prévu avec le changement d'heure. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable.

Cons:

Peut-être rajouter quelques pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle car pour 3 jours une seule n'était pas suffisant et il n'y a pas de liquide vaisselle.
Puis le papier WC également nous avions un seul rouleau pour un logement qui peut contenir 4 personnes.

Séjour agréable et nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence. Très bonne situation pour visiter.

L'emplacement était parfait. L'accueil très bien.

Cons:

Le wifi, pas toujours de connexion. L'intérieur du logement un peu vieillot. Le canapé pas très net question propreté....(taches, auréoles...)
Et surtout, un gros manque de rangement pour un logement pour 6 !!! Pas de place pour mettre la valise, les chaussures. Pas du tout de placard ou meuble dans la chambre (bien trop petite) pour ranger ses habits. Possibilité de faire des rayonnages ou de mettre des éléments en hauteur. Une 2ème lampe de chevet serait appréciable également.

Приятный хорошо оборудованный курортный апартамент. На кухне всего достаточно, чтобы приготовить какую-то несложную еду. Парковка на территории (если у вас нет машины, то вряд ли проживание здесь вам подойдёт). Было очень чисто, постельное белье и полотенца запакованы.
Мы были в зимний период, потому бассейн и территорию мы не использовали, но все выглядело приятно.

Cons:

На кухне не было ничего для мытья посуды (ни моющего средства, ни губки, ни таблетки для посудомойки), нужно было покупать в супермаркете или везти с собой (не всегда очевидно, в таком случае я бы ожидала, что можно всё купить на ресепшн).
Очень долго возвращали депозит: мы выселились рано утром в четверг, депозит вернули на карту только вечером в понедельник на следующей неделе.

- L'appartement était froid à mon arrivée !
Ce n'est pas normal en décembre (quoi qu'on me dise), et il a fallu un certain temps pour que le logement soit chauffé (pas de chauffage dans l'entrée, où se trouvent les lits superposés)
- Être réveillée à 8h30 le lundi matin, par le nettoyage de la piscine (étant en vacances...)
- Le canapé difficile à déplier

Ottimo appartamento, consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano terra nr.118 dal 31 dicembre al 3 gennaio 2026, eravamo una famiglia di quattro persone di cui due adulti e due ragazzi adolescenti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, merita davvero le 5 stelle. L'appartamento è di normali dimensioni ma ospita dignitosamente 4 persone, molto silenzioso anche durante le ore notturne, non si sente nessun tipo di tumore che può risultare fastidioso per il sonno. L'alloggio è munito davvero di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno, cucina fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici e stoviglie, si nota davvero la cura e attenzione da parte dell'host nel cercare di mettere i clienti a proprio agio e nel massimo confort. Il divano letto è abbastanza comodo, così come il letto a castello dove i due ragazzi adolescenti hanno dormito senza problemi, anche i piumoni che abbiamo utilizzato erano caldi e morbidi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e tutto perfettamente ordinato. Tinteggiato da poco con i muri pulitissimi e anche il bagno è stato sicuramente ristrutturato di recente visto che appariva immacolato. L'appartamento si affaccia sul giardino centrale, mentre l'ingresso principale conduce alla stradina perimetrale dove sono ubicati i parcheggi a disposizione degli ospiti. Come già sopra indicato sia di giorno che di notte non si viene disturbati da alcun tipo di rumore. Avevamo l'auto e abbiamo parcheggiato senza difficoltà a pochi passi dal nostro appartamento. Unica difficoltà l'abbiamo trovata nell'utilizzo del cellulare dentro l'alloggio ove vi era poca ricezione e anche la WiFi installata in casa funzionava a intermittenza, la situazione migliorava decisamente se ci si posizionava vicino alla porta finestra in direzione del giardino, ma in alcuni casi per chiamare abbiamo dovuto uscire all'esterno. In sintesi questo appartamento è davvero molto consigliato!!!
