Overall experience make this accommodation one I would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Accommodation offering an excellent combination of beach access, a pool with always-available sunbeds, an on-site restaurant, and a charming port within walking distance. The staff are always around to help and make your stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant is run by the owner, who also does the cooking with a personal touch.

Cons:

The room design feels a bit outdated , but the good room size and all the other positive aspects of the accommodation outweigh this.

very friendly staff, the location, closer to sea

Cons:

The wifi. Even if there were several access points, most of the time I couldn't connect to it because probably was overloaded. It happens especially in the evening, when the guests are back.

Tranquillità e relax, zero turismo di massa.
Pros:

La gentilezza e disponibilità dell'hot. Il posto è curato e tranquillo con un ristorante che sembra buono (non l'ho provato), un bar sul mare e la possibilità di prendere lettini e ombrelloni gratis. Nel piccolo paese raggiungibile a piedi c'è tutto, in piccolo. Mare pulito con spiaggia e doccia in spiaggia. A un'ora di distanza, con la macchina, è possibile visitare dintorni interessanti (grotte di Diros, faro Tainaro).

Cons:

La cucina dell'appartamento mancava di alcune cose, il forno era vecchio e non chiudeva bene, il frigo piccolo e rumoroso. Tutti i tubi di scolo dell'aria condizionata degli appartamenti, messi in sequenza sul viale d'accesso, creano dei rigagnoli d'acqua che attirano vespe e calabroni che è necessario schivare ogni volta che si entra ed esce dall'appartamento (consiglierei di convogliarli altrove e magari utilizzarli per annaffiare le piante). Nel paese il mini-market era molto sguarnito e per fare la spesa è necessario fare 50' di macchina.

Pros:

Personale gentile, terrazza ampia con vista mare, ristorante con cucina tradizionale casalinga anche questo con vista mare (se si riservano i tavoli davanti) . Proprietaria molto carina e disponibile parla anche italiano. Tutto molto pulito , letto principale comodo. Spaghetto al ragù al dente molto apprezzato dalla bambina.

Cons:

La cucina è poco attrezzata...meglio usufruire del ristorante! La piscina è separata dalla zona dei bungalow da una strada... e il bar della piscina non sempre è aperto, la spiaggia antistante la piscina è di sassi ma superato il primo metro e mezzo diventa sabbia...comunque si riesce a fare un bagno rilassante in acqua calma....la spiaggia di sabbia vicina si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 min.

Location perfetta, grande relax!
Pros:

Location ottima per visitare la penisola del Mani. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e pulizia. Accesso al mare quasi privato con possibilità di lettini gratis e accesso alla piscina (per chi vuole e per chi non si accontenta della splendido mare che ha di fronte). Ristorante buono (perfetto per godersi una cena con vista mare e bella atmosfera), staff gentile. Camera/studio adatto a 4 persone (noi eravamo una coppia + 2 amiche) ma più indicata per 3 (per stare più comodi).

Cons:

Sistema di aria condizionata un po’ vecchio e forse da rinnovare. Consigliamo di poter servire la colazione (che va pagata a parte) anche nell’area ristorante superiore, perché nella zona piscina dove viene servita c’erano tantissime vespe.

Pros:

Bungalow spacieux, propre et confortable. Belle piscine ombragée et accès direct à la mer depuis la piscine. Personnel très sympa et accueillant.Mais surtout, le restaurant est excellent et vaut le détour à lui seul: cuisine savoureuse et d'un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Topverblijf: ontspannen bij de zee, genieten van het heerlijke restaurant en de Mani ontdekken
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en personeel. Uitstekend restaurant. Ruim terras met tafels en ligstoelen naast het zwembad en vlak aan de zee. Het terras komt uit op een zeer rustige kleine baai waarin het heerlijk is om te zwemmen.

Belle emplacement
Pros:

Kotronas est un village très paisible un peu hors du temps, supermarché à 20 min. Mais c est tres agréable.
Les bungalows sont donc au calme dans une petite résidence. Belle piscine et terrasse avec transats qui donne sur la mer et la plage. Il faut traverser une route pour aller a la piscine mais tres tres peu de passage. Acceuil charmant.
