Great place to stay in quiet part of Kos.
Pros:

Low key hotel in great location. Opposite a bunch of small beach places that have sun beds and has a small pool as well. It has an old fashioned feel, that is really pleasant traditional type accommodation. It does not have many sockets for plugs in the rooms but is spotless and very comfortable. It is walking distance to the centre and very close to the marina for those going sailing. It is quiet at night.

Pros:

The pool is great, AC and WiFi worked perfectly, great sea view, kitchenette made dinners easier with the kids. It’s by the sea and close to restaurants and nightlife. The sea view rooms have more noise from the street but great silent windows, and side rooms have a nice view on greenery and are quieter. We went for the sea view though! Also very close to a rental bike place, which was very convenient. Overall great value! I completely recommend, and would definitely go back.

Staff were wonderful and very helpful but would not stay again needs lots of work expected more for a three star

Perfect location, amazing beach, beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Truly the best location in Kos town. The hotel is beautiful,situated conveniently very close to the city center in one of the nicest areas of the island. The beach is right across the street with a quiet beach bar covered in pine trees providing natural shade. The hotel room was very spacious with wonderful views of the sea. The room and the hotel was very clean with service provided on a daily basis. Very nice pool area with a Mountain View. The staff was very polite and accommodating to our needs. Truly an excellent stay!

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like.

Pros:

Location , some staff were really nice and helpful while others could do with some customer service training. The cleaning staff worked really hard every day to maintain cleanliness and making up the room.

Cons:

No access to shower and changing room after checkout, we had to shower at side of pool and change in a toilet. A toaster would have been useful in the room. The shower could do with a good clean and maybe a shower curtain to stop water going everywhere. The water didn't drain on the floor we had to use a towel to push to drain. Sunbeds on the beach were pricey at 8euro each per day which adds up after 9 days. A discount for hotel guests would be nice. Other beaches around kos town had free beds if you bought a drink. We were drinking and eating everyday in the hotel beach.

Bedbugs!!
Pros:

Good location for near the Marina. Lovely Beach bars opposite & small shop nearby. Quiet area and centre a 20-25 min walk away.

Cons:

BEDBUGS!! We moved room after spending our 1st night sleeping with numerous large and small bedbugs that came out in force during the night after a late checkin to our room & discovered in the morning. We stayed our 2nd night in a different room & then checked out. It's disappointing that we've had no contact from the owner/manager after asking to speak to them. Such a shame as everything else was OK. Small notes.. No tea or coffee in the rooms. No hairdryer either.
