This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was extremely friendly, generous, and always ready to help. Because our flight was delayed, they kindly gave us an additional 12 hours in the hotel at no extra cost, and they also offered us a complimentary lunch, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The morning atmosphere around the swimming pool was peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for families. In the evening, the hotel garden had a wonderful family-friendly vibe with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There were games and activities for children, and everyone seemed to be having a great time.
The complimentary drinks were an added bonus, and the hospitality was so warm that we felt more like guests staying with family than visitors in a hotel. It was a truly enjoyable experience for both adults and children.
We are very grateful for the kindness and care we received and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and family-oriented place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and generous. Our flight was delayed, and they kindly allowed us to stay an extra 12 hours free of charge. They even provided us with free lunch, which we really appreciated.
The atmosphere around the pool in the morning was beautiful, relaxing, and very family-friendly. In the evening, the hotel garden became a lovely place for families to spend time together. There were games and a playground for children, and everyone could enjoy themselves.
The free drinks were a great bonus, and the warm hospitality made us feel like we were at home with our relatives. We truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
Thank you for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
Staff were very friendly, nice clean pool area, bar staff and reception staff were very kind and served good measures on drinks
Rooms were basic which was to be expected but the bathrooms need some serious modernising. Food at the buffet was ok, always found something to eat but it was very repetitive.

Old old old facilities, untidy environment, everything is broken or very worn out, poor location, poor food selection, its quality is quite low. The maid made only one bed out of 2, and left the other one unmade. The overall level of the hotel is very low. I strongly recommend avoiding it for those who have at least some minimal standards.

W hotelu byliśmy na początku czerwca. Hotel spełniał wszystkie oczekiwania. Zdawaliśmy sobie sprawę, że nie jest to hotel 5 gwiazdkowy, choć niektórzy tak chyba myśleli.... Hotel all inclusive i tak rzeczywiście jest: bardzo dobre śniadania, obiady i kolacje. Dodatkowo przekąski przy basenie prawie cały dzień. Drinki w cenie hotelu (zaznaczam, że jak ktoś przychodzi "z ulicy" to drink kosztuje około 8-10 Euro. A tu można pić do woli....choć dla niektórych to i tak mało było i potrafili obsmarowywać hotel na bieżąco podczas pobytu. Po prostu wstyd!! My wybraliśmy ten hotel bo zależało nam głównie na noclegach plus śniadanie. Ze względu na to, że ten hotel miał cenę niższą (z all inclusive) niż inny hotel o podobnym standardzie ze samym śniadaniem - naturalnie wybraliśmy ten. I bardzo miło się zaskoczyliśmy. Niektórzy narzekali że śniadania mało zróżnicowane....a spokojnie codziennie można było jeść coś innego. Ja pytam- czy Ci narzekacze mają aż taki wybór jedzenia codziennie rano w domu??!! Nie sądze!! Mało tego - Ci narzekacze siedzieli do bólu wieczorem przy barze...pijąc drink za drinkiem a rano narzekając że ich głowa boli hahahaha... po prostu dramat!! Co do drinków - bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane - poza tym nie "oszukane" jak np. w Tunezji są serwowane ;-)
Co do obsługi - wszyscy bardzo mili i pomocni... począwszy od Pań w restauracji, po barmanów jak i samego managera. Bardzo się starają, żeby atmosfera w hotelu była bardzo dobra!
Nasza rodzina spędziła bardzo mile czas w hotelu, sporo też podróżowaliśmy po wyspie. Każdą chwilę będziemy miło wspominać. Polecamy!!!

Das Hotel war uns zu laut. Nachmittags am Pool überwiegend von Leuten besucht, die laut Musik gehört haben und sich betrunken haben. Abends an der Bar leider das gleiche. Es gibt auch nachts keine Ruhezeiten. Teilweise bis tief in die Nacht laute Musik und Gegröle von betrunkenen Hotelgästen. Wlan auf dem Zimmer sehr schlecht oder teilweise gar nicht vorhanden. Liegen am Pool fast alle kaputt. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Mietauto für die eine Woche, so dass wir viel unternommen haben. Waren meistens nur zum Frühstück da und sind dann direkt losgefahren. Auch haben wir abends meistens außerhalb gegessen. Essen im Hotel war nicht so berauschend und leider oft nur lauwarm. Für Leute, die einen billigen Partyurlaub machen möchten , bestimmt das richtige Hotel. Aber wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Dziękujemy za fantastyczny pobyt, czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo, personel i cała załoga hotelu bardzo przyjazna, jedzenie również bardzo nam smakowało, zwłaszcza świeże owoce. Super baza wypadowa, spokój i klimat miejsca oddalonego od wielkich zabudowań i zgiełku. Atmosfera niezwykle przyjazna gościom, kociaki na terenie obiektu urocze! Polecamy!
