Villa Limnes

There are places you leave with your bags packed, and there are places you leave with your heart full. For us, Villa Limnes was one of those special places. Everything was simply perfect: the room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained; the swimming pool was crystal clear and beautifully kept; the garden was full of colorful flowers; and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to forget all your worries. The location is excellent—close to Perissa Beach, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough to enjoy complete relaxation.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Michaela. She is a wonderful, kind, and caring person who always welcomed us with a warm smile and was happy to help with anything we needed. She made us feel at home from the very first moment until the day we left.
Thank you, Michaela, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our holiday one of the most beautiful experiences we've ever had. If we return to Santorini, we will definitely stay at Villa Limnes again. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay. We hope to see you again soon! ❤️🌺

Struttura bella pulita e curata distante un vicoletto dal mare e ben posizionata per i vari spostamenti

La prima cosa che mi viene in mente è la straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host, Michaela, che ci ha aiutato in tutto e per tutto, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento.

La struttura è accogliente e si trova in un’ottima posizione: a pochi minuti a piedi dagli stabilimenti balneari di Perissa e Perivolos, mentre in circa 20 minuti di auto si raggiungono facilmente anche Kamari e Fira.

La stanza è funzionale e ben organizzata, dotata di un pratico angolo cottura con tutto il necessario per preparare qualcosa di semplice. Il balconcino è un piacevole valore aggiunto, perfetto per una colazione o una cena veloce all’aperto.

Michaela is really kind and helpful. She is always available. When we arrived she told us everything about Santorini, where to go, how to go, where to eat.
The location is perfect, the beach is 2 min walks from Villa Limnes where you can find free beach and sunbeds also, with a lot of restaurants.
The atmosphere of the apartment is really good, the enviroment is beautiful. The cleaning is above any expectation. There is cleaning every day. When we come back from the beach the room was always perfectly clean and fresh-smelling. They change the towel and bed linen really often and thez were always spotlessly fresh and clean.
If we come back to Santorini we are definitely sure that we will choose Villa Limnes again.

Niesamowite miejsce z cudowną obsługą
Cudowny rodzinny hotel. Otrzymaliśmy piękny odnowiony pokój z komfortową łazienką. Basen czyściutki z wygodnymi leżakami. Michaela stwarza cudowną atmosferę, jest bardzo pomocna w każdej sytuacji. W czasie pobytu mój mąż obchodził urodziny i czekała na nas piękna niespodzianka za co bardzo dziękujemy. Obiekt jest bardzo czysty, codzienne sprzątanie.
Obiekt doskonale położony. Z dala od zgiełku, ale tuż przy plaży. Bardzo odpoczęliśmy i na pewno wrócimy.

La struttura a due passi dal mare, riservata , piscina e pulizia impeccabile. In particolare si ringrazia la disponibilissima e presente Michael .

Era molto comoda la posizione, visto che si trovava vicino la spiaggia. La camera era molto pulita. Michaela è stata gentile e disponibile, ci siamo divertiti tantissimo!

Świetna lokalizacja. Z daleka od zgiełku turystycznych miasteczek, bardzo blisko do morza gdzie jest świetne zaplecze gastronomiczne. Hotel bardzo czysty, z basenem. Właściciele to wspaniali ludzie.

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd. Kamer iedere dag schoon gemaakt en kregen schone handdoeken. We kregen tips, ook regelt zij vervoer.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich an einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum schönen Strand. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und doch sehr gut erschlossen. Eine Bushaltestelle sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin leistet eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit. Die tägliche Zimmer Reinigung ist überdurchschnittlich und makellos. Die Zimmer geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was ein perfekter Urlaub benötigt. Auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt.
Dank den wertvollen Tipps von der Gastgeberin Michaela zu Orten, Restaurants, Unternehmungen etc. konnten wir die Insel von ihrer schönsten Seite erkunden. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
