We had a great stay in Innsbruck with this apartment right next to the Inn river and city center.
Pros:

The location for this apartment was just great! It is across the bridge right next to the city center and the area/surrounding is wonderful. It was also quiet, although there is a main road next to it(maybe because it was weekend?). The apartment was large and spacious. Everything high quality.

Cons:

The TV was not working properly, i.e., the antenna TV was a bit sketchy.

Lage toll, aber einfach zu laut. Der Straßenlärm war in der Nacht unerträglich!

Well equiped, spacious room, quiet, but close to the city center.

Cons:

No view from the room, as the windows were high on the walls and relatively small. Took minutes to find the black lightswitch on the black walls of the bathroom.

Cons:

Self checkin process is cumbersome.
When we got there, the elevator did not work. It might happen. But there was no note about where the stares are (need to exit the building and enter from its other side). Had to call customer support who appeared to be surprised to hear about the elevator. Well, from what i heard from people around, it wasnt new. All in all, could be better if they cared about their customers, and put a note where the stairs are.
And BTW, upon checkout, it was still not working

Die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit, die grösse - Zimmer. Es war unkompliziert, besser als erwartet, bezügliche self check.

Cons:

Der Haupteingang sollte abgeschlossen sein. Ich war mit Kindern unterwegs, mehr Sicherheitgefühl, wäre dadurch besser.
