Pros:

Good location, apartman was clean, good bathroom, we had fan.

Cons:

No Air conditioning, small bed for 2 people, just one heat sealer, Basic cooking equipment (just one pot and pan). During hot days/night there was big heat in the room, hard to sleep in that temperatures.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location - close to the centre and the train station. Good size room and no online check in and check out.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning, but at least there was a fan.

Cons:

Dieser Aufenthalt war sehr unangenehm.
Das WLAN hat während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert.
Am Tisch auf einem Zettel war ein Code welcher nicht stimmte.
Von den fünf Codes welche ich zugesandt bekam passte auch keiner.
Als ich über eine Stunde herumprobierte und
schließlich die "Serviceline" welche laut Anbieter gerne und unkompliziert kontaktiert werden kann anrief ,...
war eine scheinbar gleichgültige Dame einer Hotline mit Wiener Nummer am anderen Ende welche mir ungerührt mitteilte in dem Apartment gäbe es eben keine Rezeption bzw. Ansprechperson.
Ergo hatten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinen funktionierender Fernseher obgleich die Dame am Telefon
erklärte heute könne erst einmal gar nichts mehr gegen das fehlende wlan unternommen werden da Feiertag wäre ,
aber Sie würde es weiterleiten und ein Techniker würde sich am nächsten Tag welcher ein Werktag war melden.
Dies ist aber de Facto nicht passiert.

Bei der als Küchenzeile betitelten war ich befangen diese zu benutzen.

Das Badezimmer wirkte unappetitlich auf Grund von sichtbaren schwarzen Keimen.

Die Oberfläche der Rollobänder wirkte extrem zweifelhaft

Der Zustand der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher war verschlissen und nicht frisch.
Es gab keine Wechselbettwäsche sowie keine warmen Decken.

Auch der Zimmerboden war unreinlich unter dem Bett war es schmuddelig.

Duch die Zimmertür scheint, da diese verzogen ist, die ganze Nacht das Ganglicht!

Persönliche Anfrage wurde nicht beachtet :hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer ganz oben hinten gebeten,
bekommen habe ich eines im Erdgeschoß.

Es gab eine laute Eingangstür welche quietschte , das ganze Haus ist hellhörig ,
Türen quietschen und fallen laut, Treppen knarzen bei jedem Schritt.

Zweifelhafte " Beduftung" des Flurs welche scheinbar Geruch überdecken soll..

Brandschoon appartement en moeiteloze check-in
Pros:

Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf bij Innsbruck City Chalet. Het digitale check-insysteem werkte perfect en maakte alles heel eenvoudig. Ik vond het vooral fijn dat ik kon aankomen en direct mijn appartement in kon zonder verdere afspraken of contactmomenten.
Het appartement was brandschoon, sfeervol ingericht en had een authentieke Tiroolse uitstraling, terwijl het tegelijkertijd modern en comfortabel aanvoelde. Het bed sliep heerlijk en ik voelde me er meteen thuis.
Een geweldige plek om te verblijven in Innsbruck. Ik zou hier zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken en kan het zeker aanbevelen.

Gut, aber....
Pros:

Räume und Ausstattung sind sehr gut, auch die Übermittlung der Codes hat prima geklappt.

Cons:

Wlan und Fernseher haben nicht funktioniert. Wurde von uns sofort per WhatsApp reklamiert. Man hat uns sofort Hilfe versprochen, aber es ist nichts passiert.
