Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Great location and loved being able to extend stay by a few hours.

Cons:

Not a digital key fan, hadn’t set it up beforehand, was tired and phone was almost out of power. But might be easier in future.

we've stayed here a few times & enjoy how convenient it is to Bondi & inner Sydney. The balcony rooms are bright & airey, well maintained.

Cons:

The bed was VERY soft - we stayed a week & got used to it, but the mattress was almost too soft to sleep on.

Perfect hotel, right near the beach!
Pros:

Beautiful room that had great amenities like dishwasher, balcony, washer/dryer, big bath tub, waterfall style shower, big TV and microwave. It was very cosy and the heating and cooling system was perfect. Only 5 minutes from the beach and right above the woolworths. I will be staying again, guaranteed!

Cons:

I paid for late checkout until 1pm, but my door key stopped working at 10am. Had to figure out how to get back into my room from then, but luckily an assistant was able to help me get back into my room and gave me a temporary key card to use until 1pm. Other than that hiccup, everything else was perfect.

Love the hotel , shame there is no staff , and the parking that cost me $160

No staff it’s all online , it was a disaster checking in we weren’t the only ones there was a couple we had to help check in , and we were charged a fortune for parking due to lack of instruction

Pros:

Beautiful room , balcony and parking . It had everything and more you could want for a 5 star ⭐️ stay

Check is far too hard location good and nice studio
Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

Very hard to check in also the key is a QR code so no card for lift or door and only one person has it

Good stay apart from hiccups surrounding parking and where to park.
Pros:

Excellent apartment and location. Easy access to shops and surroundings. Digital room key was highly convenient.

Cons:

Parking had to be pre booked and it was our first time coming across this arrangement so we missed it, and got burnt by the parking fee. The mattress it’s extremely soft and sinks in a lot.

FRUSTRATING BOOKING/CHECK-IN…ROOM FINE
Pros:

The accommodation was perfect in respect of location, facilities, cleanliness of room, style etc couldn’t fault it.

Cons:

The BOOKING and CHECK IN procedure were enormously frustrating. All contact on line, no reception at hotel, check in via online link…unable to get wifi…so had to ask someone nearby if I could hop in to theirs…most inconvenient wasted 30mins just try to get in to room. Hotel shares its location/same building with QT Hotels who have a dedicated Reception Desk at Entrance but you are advised via Miss Baker’s… ‘not to approach them as totally seperate business’. However, the Receptionist of QT could see I was struggling checking in to my room and came to my assistance and informed me it was constantly a FRUSTRATION for Miss Baker’s guests and he was sorry to see I was struggling like so many others. I eventually got to my room and the door wouldn’t open. Luckily a couple of workmen helped with linking me in to internet/wifi again. I had paid extra for early checking by time I got in to room it was an hour later than the early checking I had paid for. When I phoned the number for Miss Baker’s I was met with a very abrupt response from a person telling me it was too late (9.30pm!) for him to talk to me and call back in morning after 10am. Conclusion: Fine Accomidation, extremely poor booking/check-in service, rude Miss Baker’s representative….Suggestion book direct with QT Hotels for more user friendly service.
