Cons:

If you have time to download 2 apps, find QR codes and read through 17 emails to figure out how to get to this place, go for it. I always supported local businesses in my travels instead of staying in the mainstream hotels. I travel weekly accross Australia and New Zealand, this place made me change that approach, in future I'll stick with the easy to find , easy to deal with establishments.

Cons:

The disconnect between Miss Baker’s and the QT. It’s like they don’t communicate between each other yet they occupy the same infrastructure. I decided to extend my stay by a day. I had previously requested a physical card over a digital access code. As I am not tech savvy plus prone to my phone dying. They arranged a card day one which was fantastic but forgot to reactivate it when I extended my stay by a day. This is where my gripe comes. I was let in by the team but stayed in the room on the Friday night because I was too afraid to leave and not be able to access my room later that night. When passing on this feedback the next day during checkout it was brushed off and left me frustrated. I have just rebooked another stay for this week and chosen a nearby hotel instead. Otherwise the hotel is a 7.5/10 ordinarily. Location is unbeatable. Customer service needs polishing up.

Everything about Miss Baker was amazing the room the location the room upgrade Richard and the Girls were very attentive. Nothing was a problem. Can’t wait to visit again. I’ll be back soon.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Great location and loved being able to extend stay by a few hours.

Cons:

Not a digital key fan, hadn’t set it up beforehand, was tired and phone was almost out of power. But might be easier in future.

we've stayed here a few times & enjoy how convenient it is to Bondi & inner Sydney. The balcony rooms are bright & airey, well maintained.

Cons:

The bed was VERY soft - we stayed a week & got used to it, but the mattress was almost too soft to sleep on.

Perfect hotel, right near the beach!
Pros:

Beautiful room that had great amenities like dishwasher, balcony, washer/dryer, big bath tub, waterfall style shower, big TV and microwave. It was very cosy and the heating and cooling system was perfect. Only 5 minutes from the beach and right above the woolworths. I will be staying again, guaranteed!

Cons:

I paid for late checkout until 1pm, but my door key stopped working at 10am. Had to figure out how to get back into my room from then, but luckily an assistant was able to help me get back into my room and gave me a temporary key card to use until 1pm. Other than that hiccup, everything else was perfect.

Love the hotel , shame there is no staff , and the parking that cost me $160

No staff it’s all online , it was a disaster checking in we weren’t the only ones there was a couple we had to help check in , and we were charged a fortune for parking due to lack of instruction
