The atmosphere has that good my mother and I returned on our way back home from VIC.
Pros:

I was recently travelling with my 82 year old mother. The apartment I was in had 2 double beds in it. This was the only accomodation that supplied that, all the rest had a double bed and bunks. Well
Done

Cons:

The Custer service from the girl on Tuesday. The manager introduced himself as soon as we arrived (I believe his name was Matt), and told us if we required anything to let him know. exceptional customer service from this young man. The girl on Tuesday never spoke one word to me or my mother the whole time she was there.

Great spot to stay with family on a budget - older style but plenty of room in the apartment and good location.
Pros:

It’s budget accommodation but a good size apartment for the price and well equipped and clean tidy. Top location behind Parkes beach. Friendly/helpful owner/manager.
