Experience of staying at Bayview water apartment
Pros:

Only the location
Could access almost everywhere with car

Cons:

Not properly clean, found bugs and bug poop in the cabinet.
Very mouldy kettle, was unusable.
Very old duvet cover didn't feel comfortable using it.
Broken shower handle.
Washing machine was mouldy inside.
Cook stove was not working on the last of our stay.
Both balconies were dirty.

Great 2 night stay
Pros:

Positioned in a great quiet area
The manager was very helpful
Nice,big 2 bedroom apartment

Cons:

All was good I except big chunks of dust on the ceiling fans and felt very pressured in being told to empty the bins in the apartment and and make sure any plates/cutlery were put in dishwasher and turned on.
Extra $$ charged if extra cleaning was required in the room

People with mobility issues need ground floor. No lift. Otherwise a great stay 😊

Almost Perfect
Pros:

Loved the view. Super clean and tidy the size was better than expected. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bath. Bed was nice and comfy. Plenty of storage.

Cons:

Even though It was only 2 flights of stairs. Not a fan of bringing up luggage.
TV volume I couldn't turn up. It was stuck at one volume.
Can hear other people in near by room using taps and could here talking. Not that it was loud.

Perfect spot for a short stay on the Gold Coast!
Pros:

It was great for a weekend away and we would happily book again. It was a fantastic price point and the perfect location for us. The apartment was a generous size with a full kitchen and living areas. Lovely river view, a short walk to the nearest little beach and a quick drive to the shops and city. Alex the resident manager was communicative and assisted us with a smooth late check-in.

Cons:

The apartment was tidy, but I feel it could have been cleaner. The inside of the fridge wasn’t cleaned after previous guests, or bathroom cabinets. The car park smelled strongly of sewage, and the screen doors did not lock or shut completely. Lastly the ensuite was a little dated - we had to duck in and out of the shower due to the design (5’8 & 6’3 for reference), and the over counter cabinet sticks out really far so it makes using the sink challenging.

Large unit very close to amenities and easy access to everything in the northern Gold Coast area.
Pros:

Great location just one minute drive to Runaway Bay shopping centre and five minutes to Harbour Town. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Gardens and pool area are overlooking the canal and both are very well maintained. Secure under cover parking is a bonus.

Would def love to stay again - great place
Pros:

Great location for what we needed. Bedrooms were great and a good size. Access to the pool and spa was also great, clean and easy to get to.
