Large apartment a bit out of the main part of the city
Pros:

Very large apartment, had all the usual things you need and expect

Cons:

Balcony is dark and not overly open, lights on balcony didn't work so couldn't use at night, fans were either filthy or covered on mould (i wasn't going to bother inspecting closer as either way meant we can't use them. Pool is not heated so absolutely freezing in June so no one was using it

It was close to a sporting event we were participating in.

Cons:

I knew the property was outdated as we had stayed there 2-3 years ago. However, the apartment facilities were either not working at all or in complete disrepair. The dryer was so rusted I was afraid to use for fear of it being a fire hazard.
Once we were checked in, there was no further communication from the property owners. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and only allocated one set of keys. When I requested an additional set, we received no response.

Large comfortable two bedroom apartment
Pros:

Size of apartment, two bed two bath, great! Beds good, kitchen large & well equipped with everything a family would need.

Cons:

Couch in lounge could do with replacing although large & has been quality. Its seen better days!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come to stay here again when we visit Cairns next time.
Pros:

All bed room equipped with AC (total 3 including the one in living room)
Spacious parking space
Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms
Kitchen is most equipped with salt pepper oil and other spices that you need for cooking.
They even provided take away box, to bring your home cooked food for a picnic outside.

Cons:

Not all the provided pan work well with the electric stove.

Pros:

Terrific Roomy apartment, Nice pools and facilities. The location was close to the esplanade and gave opportunity to go for a nice walk of the afternoon.

Cons:

The furnishings were a little dated and tired and the complex was a little noisy due to the proximity of the back packers next door.

Apartment a bit dated - probably not value for money.
Pros:

Great location. It was close to the venue we needed to be at.

Cons:

Dining room was situated on a "patio" that had the air conditioning unit running. It was a hot area.
No toilet roll holder.
On small towel rail. No clothes hooks in the bathrooms.
Only hanging space in the wardrobes. no racks or drawers.
The refrigerator and freezer were not very cold.
The stove top had some parts of the dial controls missing
No wifi.
Musty smell throughout the apartment.

Smelt like cigarettes smoke and mould the place was super dirty and the kids bedroom had mushrooms growing through the wall, fans had thick black dust stuck to all of them horrible wouldn't wish anyone to stay there
