Pros:

İlk gece bizi resepsiyonda karşılayan bayan çok ilgiliydi. Ertesi sabahda bizimle çok ilgilendi ama yapabilecegi bir sey yoktu çünkü aquaparkı ve spası var diye gittiğimiz otelde ikiside kapalıydı. Ev konseptinde kaldık, ferah ve rahattı.

Cons:

12 günlük 5 ülkeyi içeren bir gezi planlayıp, 2 oğlumla henüz gezi başlamadan rezerve ettiğim ve en çok kalmayı istediğim tek yer burasıydı. Çünkü oğullarımın aqua parkinda eğlenecegi, benim spada dinlenecegim üç gün planlanmıştık. 7 gün boyunca her gün başka bir şehirde kaldık, bu oteli çok istediğimiz için gezi planını biraz sıkıştırdık ve 2 gece bu otele ayırdık. Yer kalmaz korkusuylada daha geziye başlamadan rezerve ettik. Diğer konamlamalarımı hep gezi sırasında ayarladım. Gece saat 9-10 sırası dar, dağlık yollardan otele vardım. Otele check in yaptığımız sırada öğrendik ki aqua park ve Spa kapalıymış. Bilsem Mostar'da konaklar, tehlikeye ve yorgunluğa katlanmazdım. Bookingde ise aqua park ve spanım kapalı olması ile ilgili hiç bir bilgi yok. Diğer günler verdiğim günlük Konaklama parasının iki katını boşuna verdim. Ayrıca 2. gün kahvaltıya gittiğimizde öğrendik ki kahvaltı başka bir yere taşınmış, koca tesiste kahvaltı için 1,5 - 2 km yürüdük. Ev genel olarak temizdi ama halılar tam süpürülmemişti, saçlar ve tozlar vardı.

Особље, смјештај

Cons:

Недостатак информација, на примјер супруга и ја смо дошли доле искључиво због дјеце, јер пише да објекат има играоницу за дјецу али она не ради, затим због тих диносауруса. Који су и сад на њиховим сликама ту а њих више нема уопште, па је била борба дјеци објаснити гдје су. 😁 Јасно је мени да смо дошли ван сезоне, али опет би требао бити бар некакав садржај бар пола од оног што пише,овако понуда не одговара цијени за 3 дана доле.

Dosta zelenila, mirno za odmor..

Cons:

Sadrzaji koji su navedeni u ponudi i ukljuceni u cijenu nijesu bili dostupni; Dino park ne radi,spa centar ne radi, koriscenje bazena u zatvorenom je ograniceno na 1 sat po osobi,ostalo se doplacuje iako to nije bilo naglaseno u ponudi.

The apartment was really big and had everything we needed for our stay. Mrs. Ivana was very kind, welcoming and assisted us with options with where to go eat. We appreciated her professionalism and her friendly support

Veliki prostor, to sto se sve nalazi na jednom mjestu. Nema se potrebe ici do grada.

Cons:

Osoblje nije usaglaseno, jedni nam kaze da radi zatvoreni bazen i kazu da mozemo da ga koristimo, i velnes, a kada smo otisli na bazen gospodja kaze da nije u funkciji i da nece ni biti
