Esperienza pessima, una delle peggiori mai vissute.
All’arrivo ci è stato richiesto un deposito cauzionale. L’host ci ha detto che, invece di farci pagare 300 €, ce ne avrebbe chiesti solo 100 €, ma successivamente mi sono ritrovata un addebito totale di 200 €, senza spiegazioni chiare. Una delle camere era raggiungibile attraverso un corridoio con un odore nauseabondo e, una volta entrate, abbiamo trovato numerose blatte sulle lenzuola, sui mobili, nel bagno, sul pavimento e perfino sulle tende. Le condizioni igieniche erano inaccettabili. Abbiamo chiesto immediatamente un cambio di stanza, ma ci è stato detto che non c’erano alternative e ci ha esortate di lasciare la stanza nel cuore della notte dato che la considerassimo “invivibile”, ma alle 2 di notte non avevamo alcuna scelta e siamo state costrette a rimanere lì. Il giorno seguente ci è stato rimborsato il costo della camera con blatte, ma da quel momento l’host ha iniziato a fare continue pressioni affinché pubblicassimo una recensione positiva e di non citare in alcun modo la presenza di insetti e della situazione spiacevole. Si è persino offerta di custodire gratuitamente i nostri zaini dopo il check-out, salvo poi rinfacciarci anche quel gesto. Per il deposito ho dovuto sollecitare più volte. Mi veniva detto di non preoccuparmi, ma allo stesso tempo mi veniva chiesto di pubblicare una recensione positiva per “concludere la procedura”. Quando ha capito che non avremmo scritto una recensione favorevole, ha smesso di rispondere e ha fornito a Booking una versione dei fatti completamente diversa dalla nostra, accusandoci ingiustamente di aver causato danni alla struttura. Tra condizioni igieniche gravissime, gestione poco trasparente del deposito e continui tentativi di ottenere una recensione positiva, questa è un’esperienza che non auguro a nessuno. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura.

It was not clean at all

The apartment is nothing special. It is in a great location on a central road, next to bus stations and in a nice, modern neighborhood. But apart from that, the apartment itself, although it was clean and modern, had some problems. The beds were extremely small for adults, the toilet trush can was very small, but most importantly, the room was lacking very basic amenities. There were no sampoos or shower gels, there was only one spare toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights and there was only one pair of slippers, although they new that the house was booked for 3. Furthermore, the air-condition was not that good, having to keep it open for a long time in order for the room to cool down. However, the most serious problem was that when we arrived and paid, we were asked for 150 euros extra (on a 130-euro charge !!!) for potential damages. Although those were returned after the checkout, it is unacceptable that we were not informed about this in prior and it was very frustrating for the person who paid, until the moment the money was returned, especially considering that many things in the apartment were in a bad condition.

You need to be transperant with the deposit requirerment! Moreover, you didnt just reserve the 150e you withdraw it, when I got it back it was 11e less because of banks. Why would I pay even 1e because of that!?

There was honestly nothing to complain about. Everything was organized perfectly and exceeded my expectations.

Tvrdé uteráky, nedali sa otvoriť okná. Pri ubytovaní na bookingu nie je uvedené, že treba zložiť 100€ depozit za prípadné škody. Ale na jednu, dve nocí postačujúce.

Nothing, everything could be communicated with the owner

The staff wasn't welcoming, plus I paid €10 more when she told me for currency exchange, which wasn't true because I had Revolut! As soon as I arrived, I discovered that I owed €150 in case of damage to something in the room, and this wasn't written in the booking privacy policy. So many instructions and so many WhatsApp messages to explain everything, I didn't feel relaxed. Having two bags, it was very inconvenient to go up to my room with so many stairs and doors. High price for the service they offer!
