Room layouts and decor was beautiful. Did not enter kitchen, but bathrooms and actual rooms were spacious and decorated so well. Nice check in area too with good range of food and drinks. Great location close to waterbom which is why we stayed there.
The pool was dirty and cloudy with mould on the walls, this was a big disappointment for us as we didn’t want to use it at all. No one touched it from what we saw in the 3 days we stayed (staff or guests). Staff were not overly friendly but I think that was the communication barrier. One night they were all drinking at the reception area and laughed when my daughter walked past. The last night they were very noisy still at 10pm when guests were trying to sleep.
The location is great, 2 bedroom villa apartments are something special.
The whole complex gives a feeling of being somewhere special. Our friends were staying in an expensive hotel locally and they seemed very jealous.
Genuinely nothing to dislike. The bed could have been slightly softer for me but that's personal choice.
Everything was great for the price and near the airport, food, and massages. The owner was exceptional she was there for whatever we needed.
The garden cafe is nice and quiet and the owner was nice and chatty on our arrival and offered to share some food he was having..
The 35sqm studio we booked was not what I thought it would be alt all. The bedroom was tiny, had a kitchenette out the back ( who actually needs that - would be much better to have bigger rooms ) the linen had an intense perfume smell , the bathroom tiles are deadly slippery when wet, the bathroom door didn’t shut as it had changed in shape from humidity, the toilet flush got constantly stuck,the aircon needed cleaning. It was pretty loud as being 2 m away from the pool you don’t have any privacy unless you close your curtain, … all I needed was a good night sleep but that didn’t hasten there ( someone jumped in the pool in the middle of the night and I nearly fell out of bed it was so loud )

I HAD AN ISSUE NOT WITH THE VENUE BUT WITH BOOKINGS.COM.
Bookings.com made a duplicate reservation. This was not questioned by bookings.com or the venue and was not picked up be me, as the bookings.com sent a second confirmation email only 1 day after the first, so I assumed it was a repeated mail not a second booking. The venue once I demonstated the confirmation email timing, accepted my arguement that I only made one booking, and had not realised the double booking. They only charged my for the one booking, so I was happy with the outcome.

Sehr angenehmes, eher kleines Zimmer in zentraler Lage mit Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und verfügte über ein gutes Bett sowie einen netten Sitzbereich außen. Auch eine Küche gab es, welche wir bei dem sehr guten Speisenangebot im Umkreis nicht gebraucht haben. Generell ist alles im Umkreis sehr gut erreichbar. Auch einen schönen Pool gibt es sowie nettes Personal vor Ort.
Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes der Mosquitoschutz in der Außenanlage erneuert. Dies wurde zwar am Vorabend angekündigt, aber gegen 06:30 morgens waren die Lautstärke sowie die starken Gerüche im Zimmer sehr unangenehm.

Great location for water bomb park.
Beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and clean. Bathroom was moderns and clean too and the ambient lighting was perfect.
Pool looked a bit murky.
Sink blocked in Bathroom but that’s an easy fix.
This is our second stay at the villas. It’s a great location, especially to waterbom or Kuta town centre, and close enough to the beach, but it’s somehow still quiet and feels very luxurious. The two bedroom villa is really roomy and it’s gorgeous, the bathrooms are huge and the kitchen is great too. Staff are lovely and accomodating, meals were good too. The pool is lovely and it’s a smaller complex so it’s usually quiet.
The beds are harder than we are used to, common is SE Asia
