Pros:

Location was perfect for train access coming and going. The location was perfect for the tours we booked. It's central enough to explore the City.

Cons:

Bedroom a bit tight for space. The a/c would switch to heating mode. The worst problem is that the entrance sensor light is very bright and is blinding when going from the bedroom to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Pues creo que nada

Cons:

La limpieza, el sofá cama roto y sucio, al balcón imposible salir lleno de mierdas y dama grima salir.
Luego una ubicación para las maletas, otras para las llaves y otra para el apartamento.
Te dan un tlf 24horas al que no responde nadie… fatal

Cons:

Communal areas in the lobby outside the apartment are a little smelly
TV is tiny and high up on the wall
Air con controls didn't match the instructions

Very good stay
Pros:

The room is very large, featuring a living area and a mezzanine with a bed. It's aesthetically pleasing in a period building. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including appliances. A sofa bed in the living area provides a third and fourth bed.
The location near the city center is excellent, with the main attractions within walking distance.

Overall, the experience is very positive.

Cons:

Some improvements I recommend: replacing the carpet, which is a bit old, and having the sofa bed ready-made with sheets instead of having guests do it.

Both, my partner and me could recommend this apartment highly.
Pros:

We didn't have organised breakfast. Made it on our own.
Apartment is located relatively near the center of the town, maybe fifteen minutes by feet, which is good. Bus station are pretty close which is benefit.
Not particularly noisy which was good.

Cons:

Couldn't say anything bad thing about this apartment.

Pros:

Easily one of the loveliest places I have stayed in Dublin (and I've stayed in many now). Great facilities, very helpful staff, comfy and clean

Cons:

A bit of a trek to the nearest supermarket. The boiler is sadly very noisy. Maybe turn it down a bit so it isn't heating up every 20 minutes
