Leevin Stay Apartments City Center

The properly was dirty throughout, thankfully the bed appeared to be clean. There were multiple walls with water marks on throughout all rooms, including the hallway, in the property. Both lampshades were broken and unattached and one even felt dangerous to use. Both sets of patio doors were difficult to close when they had been opened but the room was incredibly hot and you could not sleep in there without the doors being open, however with the noise coming from outside and the adjacent properties it made it very difficult to sleep. There were also a large amount of seagulls rummaging through the bins which are on the rear of the property who were also incredibly loud. Due to the heat and the noise I had about 3-4 hours of sleep both nights I stayed there. If we arrived at an earlier time on the check in day I would have asked someone to clean the room as it was so dirty but as we entered the property past midnight I just wanted to try and get some sleep, however this was not easy either. Overall a disappointing stay for the high price paid

Got a different apartment than what's shown in the pictures.
One apartment didn't have hot water, only lukewarm.
No working TVs.
We had trouble getting the balcony door to close and couldn't reach anyone on the phone or via mail. We tried a few times.

Nothing.

Apartment was too warm. Ventilation poor, could not get any air through. No fans available to help cooling

Sehr sparsam ausgestattet, nur drei Stühle für vier Personen, keine Ablagen im Bad, sehr sparsame Kücheneinrichtung, nur vier nicht gleich große Trinkgläser und vier Weingläser, warm, da keine Verschattung möglich

Não gostei da limpeza do apartamento e do prédio de uma forma geral. Espaços públicos sujos e com mau cheiro. Durante a estadia não foi feita qualquer limpeza.
A Televisão não funcionava, sem sinal de rede.
Na mesa das refeições só existiam 3 cadeiras, quando o apartamento foi alugado para estadia de 4 pessoas.
Uma gaveta está partida, com riscos de nos aleijarmos. Logo no dia que chegámos, pedimos o apoio da recepção dos apartamentos para a resolução destas problemas e nada foi feito.
De noite, a porta exterior não abria nem com o código nem com a chave. Tivemos que esperar por duas vezes que outras pessoas nos ajudassem a entrar.
Foi uma experiência muito má e achamos que estamos no direito de ser ressarcidos por todos estes problemas.

Pelear con un muchacho para que nos dieran los 2 apartamentos en el mismo edificio.

Please note that if you have luggage to drop before checking in, you need to take it to another property - the hostel. There is no reception desk at the actual property. Although the sign on the window says they are open 4 PM to midnight, they do not staff the desk. You have to call/text after 4 PM to be let in. When we arrived the code box was broken and staff had to let us in remotely through the back garage door each time we went out and back in. This worked well until one day they did not open it to let me in. No one responded to texts and phone calls. My daughter was inside and I was locked out, trying to figure out how to get in using the codes. The instruction sheet to access the property that I was given was not clear and some of the information was out of date. I know it was not anyone’s fault about the code box problem. But it is totally unacceptable that no-one responded during an urgent situation. I got in after waiting for other guests who were familiar with the process and showed me. In fact, the staff never responded the rest of our stay. (Also, we were given two towels for 2 people for almost one week, and hairdryer had European plug, not UK plug.)

Huoneisto sijaitsi sisäpihalla, jonne kuljetaan kadun puoleisen talon alta läpikulkutunnelin kautta. Lukituista porteista huolimatta tunneliin pääsee välillä ulkopuolisia, mikä näkyy epäsiisteytenä (mm. huumeneuloja ja muute roskaa). Sisäpiha on kuitenkin siisti ja myös huoneistoon johtava rappu. Kuumalla ilmalla ylimmän kerroksen huoneisto oli tukalan kuuma, koska aurinko paistaa sinne pitkään, Asunnossa ei voinut olla kuin vasta illalla. Tuuletinta ei ollut. Sänky on kapea kahdelle. Rakennuksessa ei ole hissiä. Ainakin heinäkuussa korttelin katoilla asusti paljon lokkeja, jotka pitivät aamuyöstä lähtien kovaa meteliä, muuten asunto oli rauhallinen.

100% would not recommend horrible part of Dublin

Fikk ikke dropp in baggasje ved leilighet, måtte gå en annen plass så det ble veldig mye unødig bruk av tid i ferien på det.
