Excellent for the price
Pros:

The room was spacious and for the price it is great. Everyone,from manager to housekeeper were really friendly.

Cons:

There is just one thing I did not like and it was the location of reception. I had to make a call to take a key so I could check in the room. Other than that all is good 👍🏻

Pros:

The host was very kind allowing us late check-in time. The staff also was very servable and assisting with advice regarding surrounding facilities at the property (e.g. parking, car rental and service, etc.) and retails around the location of the central part in small city Razlog.

The accommodation was very nice, clean, comfort, and cozy. Hot-tap water and centralized heating system in the season working properly.

The standard room was worth for the value of the stay providing very beautiful mountain view by allowing to catch northern fresh air and coming it inside during the seasonal spring nights.

Bed and linen very clean, soften, warm leaving a home-like feeling and providing good rest for a nice vacation time far away from crowded and polluted big cities.

Local people are very relaxing and societal, which makes you feel accepted and relief-ingly :)

No air conditioning, so room will be hot in summer, but it was comfortable in early September, when I stayed.

Cons:

Ужасно място с още по-ужасна миризма.
Некоректно отношение. Резервацията ми беше за 1 стая и 1 апартамент. Когато отидох на място се оказа че имам стая с 3 легла.
В описанието пишеше че хотелът се намира на 300 м от центъра, което изобщо не е така.
Хотелът се намира в края на града.
Не съм ползвала резервацията. Обещаха ми че ще се опитат да ми върнат парите. Нищо такова не се случи. Опитах се да се свържа с хотела, затвориха ми.
