Le petit déjeuner très très léger, le jus de fruits pas de goût ainsi que le café. Pour les gens qui déjeune bien aller plutôt à l'extérieur.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately our experience was nothing like what was advertised in the photos.
We booked and fully paid for a Superior Room several months in advance. However, when we arrived, we had to wait for our room, and at check-in we were informed that the Superior Room we had reserved had been given to another guest. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that our reservation had been confirmed and paid for months earlier.
What made the situation even worse was that the hotel never informed us in advance. We received no message or notification before our arrival, even though they already knew our reserved Superior Room would not be available. At the very least, they could have contacted us through Booking.com before our check-in date. If they had informed us in advance, we would have had the opportunity to cancel our reservation and book another hotel instead. Instead, we only found out after arriving, when we had no realistic alternative.
After we complained, the staff showed us another Superior Room and said we could move there the following day. However, the room was not clean and was in poor condition, so it was not an acceptable option.
Instead, we were placed in a very small standard room, even though we had paid for a Superior Room. The room we received was not comparable to a Superior Room and did not even meet the standard of a Deluxe Room. Despite our complaints, the hotel made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or offer any compensation.
Overall, we did not receive the room we had booked and paid for, and the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service made our stay very disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Struttura un po lasciata andare, bella la piscina ma non è valorizzata, la colazione è povera, le camere sono un pò datate soprattutto il bagno.

Kind of far from everything, had to get a bus to town but there is no way of getting bus back from oia to hotel. There aren’t any nearby shops and the hotel doesn’t do room service, so you can’t really get food. Staff were nice, but not very helpful. Breakfast was terrible and there was no water served with it, even after asking.

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato penalizzato da alcuni aspetti. La colazione offriva poca scelta ed era sempre la stessa; inoltre, nonostante avessi segnalato in anticipo la mia intolleranza al lattosio, non sono state previste alternative adeguate e il personale non ha saputo indicarmi con precisione gli alimenti adatti. Anche la pulizia della camera è stata superficiale: venivano rifatti i letti, cambiati gli asciugamani e passata la scopa, ma in una settimana non è mai stato lavato il pavimento con il mocio. Inoltre, il bagno non veniva pulito accuratamente e lavandino, WC e doccia rimanevano sporchi. Non era presente un vero kit di cortesia: erano disponibili teli piscina, mini phon, e solo dispenser di sapone per le mani, uno dei quali veniva indicato anche come detergente per doccia e shampoo. Infine, abbiamo trovato solo due bottigliette d’acqua di cortesia all’arrivo in camera; nei giorni successivi non sono più state rifornite e l’acqua non era disponibile nemmeno durante la colazione, ma andava acquistata direttamente in struttura.
