Le nombre de marches irrégulières pour atteindre l’hôtel depuis la rue principale est un gros problème, hélas…

The view
The few stairs but it’s worth
The views were stunning. The rooms were unique. The morning staff were delightful. Especially the breakfast cook. She was a treat and very helpful. The morning receptionist was very kind and helpful.
Our room was at the very bottom of the villa. We had to climb to the top every day. Some would see that as a bad thing. But after the second time of ups and downs we saw it as inclusive work outs.
Just a head up for those who have bad knees or are out of shape. This spot may not be the one for you.
The afternoon receptionists were a tad stiff.
When I booked online I had assumed I paid for the room ahead of time only for them to request payment when we got there. They used a bunk machine to try and force us to pay cash for the room on the spot. Making us assume the card issues were our fault and cause distress to my fiancé.
We had a friend save the day and once that was over the weekend was a dream.
The jacuzzi tub in our room was only warm/hot for the first night. When I called about it the temperature on the last night the afternoon receptionist again told me its only 1 temperature and hung up.
Excellent Location. Breathtaking view. COOPerative staff.
Shower room was not working fine. Couldn't provide a simple Shaving Kit. Packed breakfast was pathetic.

Everything was amazing, the room , the location, the staff.. everything really was amazing ( especially the staff they are very kind and friendly and supportive, The best staff I've ever dealt with) No matter how much I say, I can’t do justice to all the staff — they are truly respectful, helpful, and kind.

Dear Caldera Premium Villa team, we arrived just as the Octobersun slipped behind the volcano and left hand-in-hand five mornings later believing that sunsets would never again look the same. Your cliff-side villa gave us a front-row seat to the most famous dusk on earth, yet inside the cave-white walls we felt deliciously alone. Champagne on the heated plunge pool, breakfast that appeared like a secret at our terrace gate, the scent of sea salt drifting through linen curtains—every moment felt curated yet effortless. Thank you for turning our Santorini dream into a memory we will replay forever.
