Absolutely stunning hotel. The views are breathtaking. Would tell everyone to stay here!!!
Pros:

The view is breathtaking! The rooms are lovely, the aircon is works beautifully, the bed is so comfortable and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff are so incredibly helpful. Could not fault this place. Walking distance to loads of shops and restaurants or you can get a bus or taxi to Oia. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

The views from our suite of the Caldera and sea were breathtaking. Breakfast had a great choice of food both hot and cold. The rooms were amazing large and beautiful decorated with traditional greek white washed interior

This place is absolutely magical! We were celebrating our anniversary but this place felt like a honeymoon!
Pros:

The property’s location was exceptional. Our room had a water/volcano view. The sunset from our lanai was amazing. The breakfast served had so many options, delicious and the servers were extremely attentive! The front desk staff were warm and welcoming as well as super helpful. The room was absolutely lovely, clean and quiet.

Cons:

Not one thing! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Pros:

The accommodation was fantastic. It all started with being meet at the ferry and transferred to the hotel. The taxi was then meet by a hotel porter who carried our bags to reception and then down to our room. Well worth the tip we paid as there were many stairs. We were expecting a great view and weren't disappointed.
The room was exceptional and the shower huge. The Wi-Fi also worked very well.
We really enjoyed having breakfast or lunch around the pool, with great views also.
The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would have no hesitation in staying here again...Rex Julian a Kiwi living in Australia

Cons:

All good apart from some of the stairs didn't have a handrail to hold onto. It wouldn't take too much to attach one to the wall.

Perfect caldera stay on Santorini
Pros:

The location is unmatched, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and dedicated to making our stay wonderful. This may be my favourite boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing breakfast

Pros:

Suite was excellent, comfortable, clean with amazing caldera view. Pool area was spotless, best breakfast view every, staff couldn't do enough for you. Would highly recommend.

Everything about this property was excellent. From the location the staff and facilities everything was first class. Included breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff could not be faulted. If I ever come back to Santorini we still without hesitation 10/10

Pros:

Beautiful property. All accommodation looks tight given location but can’t fault Panorama Suites. Enough space for 2 in our suite .. just make sure you have a balcony to enjoy the views. Breakfast service was excellent.. did t catch the staff names but always warm and welcoming. Made us feel at home.

Beat place to stay in Fira
Pros:

First off, amazing views in Fira! The studio sweets overlook the Caldera and it is breathtaking! Breakfast right there, every morning, can't beat that. It is in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. Rooms were beautiful, clean, extravagant.

Cons:

Just be aware that there are numerous steps of ambulation is an issue. There are two elevators to get down, but even with that, more stairs.
