Чистий номер, нічого лишнього

Cons:

Надто мала площа, через скошений дах не завжди було зручно. Інфаструктура на районі близька до 0 (1 магазин, жодної аптеки)

Зрозуміле поселення, прекрасна локація, є можливість припаркувати авто.
Pros:

Якщо в столиці і потрібно десь залишитися на одну ніч - то це точно має бути цей прекрасний район. Приміщення маленьке, але для двох абсолютно комфортне. Прогулянка навколо будинку-насолода.
