Нет кондиционера, даже вентилятора нет, окно открыть невозможно - шум с улицы, отсутствует холодильник, в ванной плесень. В комнате подранные обои, мебель давно просится в мусор, матрац продавленный.

Є незначний неприємний запах від подушок.
Двоспальне ліжко м'яке, але дуже скрипуче по всьому периметру.
