Salimos en la noche y llegamos.como las 4:00 y no havia nadien que no abriera el.porton estuvimos con mucho frío casi 1 hora esperando que joven no abriera el portón, nos pasamos de frío y quedamos al intemperie en.la calle con el peligro que nos pueda pasar algo, le comentamos.que íbamos a colocar un reclamos y le dio lo mismo y siguió durmiendo, ninguna disculpa, lo.otro que las cama tenía muy pocas frazadas,

Estadía cómoda, tranquila y excelente ubicación
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, en plena Avenida del Mar, ideal para moverse y disfrutar La Serena con tranquilidad. El alojamiento fue cómodo, limpio y ordenado, con instalaciones bien cuidadas y un entorno muy agradable. Las áreas comunes, la piscina y los espacios verdes hacen que la estadía sea muy tranquila y familiar.

Cons:

La verdad, no tenemos nada negativo que mencionar. La experiencia fue muy grata y cumplió completamente con lo que esperábamos para descansar y pasar un buen fin de semana.

Solo hubo detalles, el lugar es muy bueno y recomendable 100%

Cabañas muy buenas, amplias, limpias y bien ubicadas. Personal amable. Lugar muy lindo, con piscina y amplios espacios.

Cons:

Ducha estaba tapada y no desalojaba bien el agua y control remoto del TV sin pilas buenas.

Perfecte locatie voor een rustige vakantie. Zeer goed ingerichte keuken en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Als je geen eigen auto hebt, moet je telkens de taxi nemen om inkopen te doen. Er zijn geen supermarkten in de omgeving. De doucheknop past niet in de houder.
