Ótima localização, em frente ao MUT, otimos colaboradores, apartamento espacoso, Ótima.a limpeza, porém precisando melhorar os móveis e um dos banheiros bem estragado

Cons:

O aquecimento nos quartos é limitado. Dois quartos não tinham aquecimento ,somente um recebeu aquecedor portátil. No mais em época de temperatura amena, pode funcionar melhor

Localização excelente. Garagem gratuita.

Cons:

Apto antigo, falta manutenção em quase tudo, ausência de aquecedor (um ar condicionado para todo apartamento não foi suficiente para o frio que pegamos), chuveiro difícil de regular, colchão muito velho, com deformidades. Toalhas finas e manchadas. Café da manhã bem simples.

Siempre una buena opción
Pros:

Sin duda la comodidad del apartamento, y definitivamente la ubicación es lo mejor, es amplio y muy bien iluminado, una apuesta segura para visitar Santiago por negocios o turismo.

Cons:

Necesita renovarse, modernizar un poco, hay muchos detalles pequeños que necesitan mejorar (puertas, closets, etc)

No geral muito boa, novamente falando os colaboradores da recepção são muito bons.
Pros:

Primeiro a recepção, os colaboradores que trabalham são muito bons, amistosos prestativo e simpáticos, excelentes! Localização é perfeita perto de tudo, metro, restaurantes shopping, bairro tranquilo, perfeito lugar.

Cons:

O apartamento precisa de algumas manutenções, colchão de casal não esta legal.

La recepción excelente atención , ubicación ideal cerca del mall , departamento amplio y luminoso

Cons:

No funcionaba el agua fría en la cocina, la señora que servía el desayuno muy mal gestada, ni siquiera respondía los buenos días y había que golpear su puerta para que reponga los alimentos y bebidas. No había secador de pelo en el departamento

La atención del personal tanto de la recepción como el de limpieza.
Excelente ubicación, con varios comercios relacionados a la alimentacion cerca.
Costanera Center a 500 mts.
Departamento con todo lo necesario para cocinar.
Bastante bien el desayuno acorde al precio, (café, te, yogurt, cereales, jamon/queso, mermeladas, tostadora y ensalada de fruta.

Cons:

Le agregaria mas luces al comedor/living (solo 1 luz nada mas).
