City living with great access to everything San Jose
Pros:

I stayed in a loft apartment, and I had more than enough room. It felt like an apartment. What I loved most was the location. I was in the heart of all the attractions, and I was able to walk to see all of the sites. I was also near many restaurants to eat. It was well worth the money I spent.

Cons:

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but I like to warn people. If you rent a loft apartment, please be aware that access to the loft is via a ladder, not stairs. So if you have a fear of heights or aren't sure-footed, then it may present a problem. After two passes, I was able to master getting up and down without fear. They do have apartments available that aren't lofts.

Quiet, Comfortable, perfect
Pros:

The welcome and help with questions was great. The location was perfect for getting to the Tracopa bus terminal in the morning. The walk was only 20 minutes.
There were many restaurants, banks and stores within a few blocks which was everything I needed before my travel to Osa.

Even though it was right in the center and there seemed to be a group staying there it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked very well, it was very secure but easy to enter and leave. The wifi was very fast with a QR code to scan which made connecting very easy. There were several outlets available, the shower was strong and hot and clean.

The courtyard garden was very nice and there were other sitting areas available.
This will be my place to stay if I return.

Cons:

It isn't bad but the steps to the loft are narrow, may not be good if you have trouble with stairs.
