The room facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you, Roni, for your great help—you're a truly warm and welcoming person.

Nothing to complain about, just please close the door properly, otherwise insects might fly in from outside.

Great except for the power problem
Pros:

It was beautiful, comfortable, and everything was generally great.

Cons:

The power would go off every morning for half an hour 5am.

Amazing
Pros:

Everything! Amazing and helpful staff and great location. I’ve asked if they could organise a small birthday cake for my friends 30th birthday on arrival and they went above and beyond! The cake was placed on the living room table with balloons and candles and a happy birthday song on the tv when we walked in. The apartment is very nice and spacious. 100% recommended Branco Suites!

Location good, staff amazing
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Dila especially was really friendly and also tried to help us reach our next island destination of Boa Vista last minute! She also came back to the hotel at night after her shift so we didn't have to carry our luggage around with us all day!

Le meilleur hôtel FAMILIAL de SANTA MARIA ! Une pépite
Pros:

J’ai adoré cet hôtel où nous avons été reçu de très belle manière . Le personnel super super sympa , disponible pour nous aider , et on même gérer la réservation de nos billets d’avion . Les chambres sont spacieuses , élégante et propre . Je reviendrais sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel !!

Pros:

We were very satisfied. The rooms/apartments are spacious and extremely clean. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating – they fulfilled every one of our wishes. They also organized all the excursions around the island for us, which made our stay even more relaxing. We felt truly welcome the entire time.The child who was celebrating a birthday received a lovely surprise – a decorated apartment and a chocolate cake. We definitely recommend it, and we will certainly return.

Absolute gem of a place in the perfect location. Will definitely return!
Pros:

The location was great, 2 mins to cafes/restaurants and only a few mins to the beach. The apartment was gorgeous and also very quiet. I was very happy for the price I paid. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! An excellent restaurant next door too!

Cons:

There is literally nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Les deux personnes à l'accueil, vraiment formidale, solaire, toujours de bonnes humeurs. Ils ont égayé notre séjour. Toujours aux petits soins, une petite attention à la fin de notre sejour.
Logement de grande qualité, proche du centre de Santa Maria et de la mer. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés
