Décevant on est pas trop resté dans l’appartement du coup mais la télé était sympa

La douche était pas pratique, inondait la salle de bain et lavait pas très bien
Le lit avait la forme des gens qui ont dormi avant nous
Les oreillers n’étaient pas du tout confortables
Le frigo vide et bruyant
Les rideaux cassés, un peu sales et couvraient limite les fenêtres
Le meuble de la télé a un tiroir qui se casse dans notre main si on essaie de l’ouvrir
Le bruit de la rue c’est affreux on doit fermer les fenêtres pour dormir et débrancher le frigo, on entend énormément les voisins alors qu’ils ont bien écrit qu’on doit pas faire de bruit après 22h
C’est pas précédé sur Booking qu’on doit aller faire le Check in dans un autre hôtel on aurait bien aimé le savoir

Lokalizacja dobra. Apartament dla rodziny 5 osobowej. Czyste , duże pokoje. Problem z parkingiem.

Spacious, clean and great location!
Pros:

Check in was easy, at the Hotel Andante around the corner. Very sweet and helpful staff. Fantastic location, lovely spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds and good linen. It was great to have a comfy kitchen for our breakfasts.We especially liked the nearby restaurants and shops. Thank you!

Cons:

Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be wonderful, (it gets hot in Prague) however the hosts were very kind and provided fans, even offered to bring us more.

Vybavení a celkově krásný pokoj s terasou za tu cenu super jedine zklamaní bylo bohuzel parkování

Cons:

Parkování za 40euro v jiném hotelu které tento hotel nabízel bohuzel se jednalo o opravdu nepohodlné parkování ve vnitrobloku a klíče musíte nechat na recepci v jiném hotelu a kdyby chtěl někdo odjíždět dříve než vy tak budou manipulovat s vašim vozidlem

DISGUSTING, REVOLTING, VOMITUS 🤢

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I've had travelling my whole life. The property is a complete catfish. The photos bear little resemblance to what you actually arrive to. The apartment has clearly deteriorated and feels neglected and poorly maintained - to put it nicely.

The carpets were beyond filthy, the bedspread had what appeared to be blood and coffee stains on it, two curtains were completely missing, and the curtains that were there barely covered the windows, leaving very little privacy. The entire place felt so dirty, worn out and nothing like the listing.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. Communication from the manager was almost non-existent. Messages went unanswered, I was left to figure everything out myself, and when I finally received the access codes, they were incorrect. After travelling all day, spending so much time trying to get into the apartment was incredibly stressful and frustrating.

To make matters worse, when I politely raised my concerns with reception, the manager repeatedly interrupted me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, and raised his voice at me. I was spoken to so aggressively that I ended up in tears. Rather than showing any empathy or trying to resolve the situation, he flatly refused any refund, including even the city tax - which I had to beg for since I wasn't there even 15 minutes, as it looked infested!

Customer service was completely unacceptable. Instead of listening to a genuine complaint, I was made to feel like I was the problem.

There are countless accommodation options in Prague. Save yourself the stress, disappointment and poor treatment and book somewhere else.

The apartment is ok,decent to sleep,nat all of the people living there respect the quiet hours!

Cons:

Very expensive for parking,i had to pay 40 euro/night while in the apartment on the wall tou have a list with rules and prices and there is writing 30 euro/night!The parking it is not in front of the apartment,it is actually 15 min driving distance!
