Appartement hui, Umgebung eher pfuii
Pros:

Tolle Apartment mit toller, ziemlich kompletter Küchenausstattung. Tolles Bad mit Regendusche etc.
Klimaanlage im Zimmer, schlüsselloser Zugang via Smartphone. Parkmöglichkeit in privater und verschlossener Einstellhalle gegen Aufpreis vorhanden. Zimmer und alles drumherum im Haus wirklich sehr gut. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Die Lage gegen den Dortmunder Wall ist ganz okay, Grossstadt halt. Die Parkgarage jedoch liegt hinter dem Haus wo sich nur ca. 50 Meter weiter ein Obdachlosenheim oder so ähnlich befindet. Nicht dass wir etwas gegen diese Menschen hätten, jedoch wurden wir Zeugen wie ein Obdachloser und leider Crack-Abhäbgiger, sich direkt vor der Parkgarage eine Dosis vorbereitete und diese dann halb nackt konsumierte. Davor hatte er sich im Zwischengang zum Innenhof für grosse Jungs erleichtert und dies direkt auf den Gehsteig... wie gesagt, diese Menschen können einem wirklich leid tun, jedoch dachten wir nicht, dass wir bei diesem Appartement-Preis in so einer Gegend wohnen werden...

Wir würden definitiv nochmal buchen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist sehr Zentral hat aber trotzdem etwas Ruhe von dem Trubel in der Stadt. In 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist man mittendrin. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht, auch zur späteren Uhrzeiten. In der Unterkunft hat man alles was man braucht, hier wurde an jedes Detail gedacht. Die räumliche Aufteilung ist auch perfekt. Es war alles sauber. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv nochmal buchen!

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Bettgröße. Die haben wir für etwas klein für 2 Personen empfunden, aber wer es gerne kuschelig mag, ist mit den Betten im M Apartment gut bedient:)

Great value for money
Pros:

A fine apartment, well located for a stay in Dortmund and the surrounding area. The reception was very friendly, and having a dedicated parking space was a major plus.

Cons:

A few spots in the apartment were somewhat dusty...

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Mitarbeiter, der persönlich alles gezeigt hat im Apartment.
Top Ausstattung, fehlte an nichts. Inkl kleiner (aber gross genug) Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine etc.
Geräumiges Zimmer, grosser Balkon. Top!
Super Lage, direkt neben Einkaufscenter, Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt.

Modern and clean. Excellent location
Pros:

Modern, clean and central location. Private, secure parking.
Comfortable bed and generous sized shower room. Plenty of hot water and vending machine was a nice touch and we enjoyed the balcony.

Cons:

We had a problem checking in on line which affected our ability to check in but it was sorted by a very patient man on the phone.

Zeer ruim en compleet appartement op mooie lokatie maar met veel lawaai van het verkeer.
Pros:

Zeer ruim appartement met alle gemakken zoals groot bed, zeer ruime badkamer en compleet keukentje. Rand van centrum dus loopafstand naar centrum. Huisdieren toegestaan. Vriendelijk ontvangst.

Cons:

Ondanks de mooie locatie naast het centrum zeer veel lawaai in de avond en nacht. Sirenes van brandweer, ambulance om het kwartier. En auto's die heen en weer scheuren, niet fijn.
