Very very clean apartments. We only stayed short visit.

Posto situato proprio nel centro della movida e nonostante questo la sua posizione sopraelevata, lo rende tranquillo e molto accogliente.

Cons:

Clean. Friendly staff. Fantastic location.
Pros:

I was always very much out and about so can’t really speak for the facilities, pool etc. Pool area looked nice enough whilst I passed through and apartment seemed well equipped.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure - that’s all I was really concerned with.

The staff were friendly on check in/out and held my bag after check out as I had a late flight. Was also pleasantly surprised that the cleaners had been in during my stay (I was only there a couple of days, most places leave you to it on such short stays) so that was a nice touch.

What can’t be argued with is the location. Right on the strip, right on the taxi rank. I’d read there can be issues with noise at the back (?) I had a frontline room (minimal stairs) and bedroom is at back of that so I found no issues and had a lovely view of the sea from my balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, friendly staff , but a lot of steps.
Pros:

Location, right smack in the centre of all the restaurants, a stones throw from the beach.,The pool ( Pool opening hours were too short ) Would like an early morning swim, but the pool didnt open until 11.

Cons:

Too many steps!! Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We arrived after reception was closed and we had to try drag our luggage up 2 flights of steps and then a further 2 flights to the allocated apartment.

Pros:

Very central to beech and restaurants taxes and everything . New mattresses in bedrooms are more comfortable from previous ones.

Cons:

Too many steps for elderly people staying.
Loungers around the pool old and very uncomfortable. Again not suitable for elderly people. Management are aware of these issues from feedback over the years but seem to do nothing about it. Bedrooms very crampt.

Relaxed and enjoyable
Pros:

Location was beachfront which made it excellent, and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Added attraction was that myself and my partner like that we didn't have to walk any steep hills which porta del Carmen is know for ...

Love the sea view and confident of a return
Pros:

Location, bedroom well sound proofed to allow a good nights sleep as we were next to the temple bar night life

Probably needs a little modernisation. Steps very steep we struggled a little with heavy cases on entrance
