Important information:

In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please inform the residence’s reception, whose contact details appear on your booking confirmation. You may also provide this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your call.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End‑of‑stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes.

For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end‑of‑stay cleaning are not included, but can be added as optional extras after booking through the Vacancéole Customer Area.

Pets are allowed (1 max per accommodation) with an additional fee (€12/day or €65/week). This option can be added after booking through the Vacancéole Customer Area.

For group bookings (from 5 accommodations), specific group conditions apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and free cancellation possible up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us.

A photo ID and a credit card will be required at check‑in.

A €300 security deposit will be requested upon arrival and released after the stay, provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (inventory compliant).

All swimmers must wear proper swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one‑piece or two‑piece swimsuits). For hygiene reasons, long wetsuits, swim shorts, and generally all loose clothing are prohibited. Access to the pool area is forbidden to anyone not wearing the approved swimwear.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Nous avions 1 appartement prévu au 3 ème étage, j'ai demandé si c était possible d avoir 1 rez-de-chaussée de jardin à la place et la réceptionniste c'est débrouillé pour nous changer d appartement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Pros:

L'accueil des personnels et les renseignements fournis. L'emplacement de la résidence qui est très calme et à proximité du port et des commerces.

Cons:

Les équipements qui ne sont pas à la hauteur les ustensiles de cuisine qui manquent et même pas un grill pain.

J ai aimé la vue sur le terrain de golf, et l’emplacement, la propreté

La réception de clé le jour d arrivée ce fait à 17h, et on doit rentre les clés le jour du départ à 10h du matin ménage compris , c est trop justes

Wat een smerig appartement op een afgelegen locatie. Het was al heel onduidelijk waar de sleutels op te halen en kwamen toen laat aan in het appartement .We boekten het hotel voor doorreis omdat hier een overdekt zwembad wat open zou zijn, maar dat was gesloten. We waren bijna de enige in het appartementencomplex, er woonde alleen nog wat personeel. Booking gaf aan dat we geluk hadden, dat het het een van de laatste appartementen was . Werkelijk te smerig voor woorden, en receptie (wel vriendelijke vrouw bij inchecken) niet meer te bereiken. Geen dekbedden, wel wat smoezelige dekens in de kast. Lichtknoppen die niet werkten omdat er geen lamp aan het plafond hing, nachtlampen zonder stopcontact. Losse kraan, plakkerige keuken, vieze badkamer. Geslapen onder lakens in onze kleren. Kind werd wakker met allemaal bulten op z’n been. Gierende banden weg en eens maar nooit meer.

- Le logement climatisé

- Le canapé lit qui se déplie deux petits lits gigogne. Donc pas de "grand" lit dans le logement

Appartement dans un état déplorable, on se demande si quelqu'un est passé nettoyer !
On n'avait que deux jours de vacances cet été et ça nous a tout gâché.
On a pris un appartement pour éviter de faire des restaurants mais on n'a même pas osé utiliser la cuisine !!

Pros:

Great place for 4 adults - slightly away from the port but great view over golf course and swimming pool was very clean (and warm). All amenities that you would want were there.

Cons:

Slightly shabby around the edges - some plug sockets hanging off walls and some vents a bit dirty. Just needs some TLC to be first rate!
