For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen area and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
Pets are accepted (max. 1 per unit) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
For group bookings (5 units or more), specific group conditions apply: prepayment of the full amount at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us.
A photo ID and a credit card may be requested upon check-in.
A credit card pre-authorization is required upon arrival as a security deposit; this hold is released after the stay, provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (following a satisfactory inspection).

A localização é muito boa, tem bastante estacionamento. O apartamento em si é agradável… tirando os pontos negativos 😂
A relação qualidade preço é péssima!
A cama não está feita e recebemos uma mensagem cheia de indicações de como deixar o apartamento, desde levar os lençóis ao carro e limpá-lo. O kit de boas vindas são produtos de limpeza 🤡. (Deixo fotografia da mensagem do alojamento).
O apartamento estava sujo, com o chão por varrer, cabelos e a parece da cama super encardida.
A funcionária foi extremamente antipatia. Liguei-lhe a pedir ajuda porque o check-in online estava todo em francês e não estava a conseguir entender e a resposta dela foi “usa o tradutor” - quando a minha questão era sobre um suposto código que tínhamos de criar para conseguir entrar.
À parte disso, pagamos 300€ de caução (mesmo que seja só para uma noite)

Las camas te las tienes que hacer tú, no pasan a limpiar.
Il n’y avait rien de vraiment agréable.
Les chambres sans air conditionné n’ont meme pas de ventilateurs. Du coup nous avons changé de churn payant une différence de prix, mais l’air conditionné faisait du bruit. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. Elle était hors service toute une matinée ! L’entretien pourrait se faire aux heures pendant lesquelles elle était fermée !

Deposit does not seem to have been returned yet €100, the man on the desk said he would do it later that day and I cannot find it on my statements.
Bedsheets were not automatically provided, they were included with the booking but we had to go to reception to get them and fit them ourselves
El apartamento està bastante bien! Tiene todo lo necessario para pasar unos dias. Pudimos dormir bien, el colchon está bien.
La piscina fue un puntazo porque esos dias hacia bastante calor durante el dia.
Està a 15 minutos andando del centro de ax-les thermes pero nosotros íbamos con el coche, ya que se podia aparcar bien en el centro.
Très bien situé et prestations au top : climatisation, piscine.

El terrible ruido de la depuradora de la piscina, dia y noche. Ruido muy elevado. Los apartamentos no tienen ningún tipo de aireación en este verano tan torrido. Nada de aire acondicionado ni posibilidad de ningún ventilador. La unica opción dada por recepción es que abrieramos las ventanas.. a 37 grados..

En période de canicule nous aurions apprécié un ventilateur a défaut d'un climatiseur. Manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain..
