This property does not have accessible facilities and upper floors are not accessible by lift.
Please note that some apartments are split-level and contain internal stairs. Ground-floor apartments are available in limited numbers and must be requested in advance by contacting Reception. While requests cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Dogs are welcome in selected apartments at our Micklegate location, subject to availability. A charge of £20 per dog, per night applies, and a refundable pet deposit is required. Please contact Reception before booking.
Reception is open daily from 09:30 to 18:00. Hours may vary.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Payment & Cancellation
Free Cancellation Rate
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival.
For bookings made within one month of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days before arrival.
Cancellations made 20–9 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 8 days or less before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the deposit.
Advance Purchase Rate
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment will be taken using the card provided through Booking.com.
If payment is unsuccessful, you will be contacted and given 24 hours to provide updated card details. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Group Bookings & Security Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of £100 per apartment is required for all group bookings and is payable one month prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Charges may apply for any damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of the property's Terms & Conditions.
Arrival Information
Guests arriving outside reception hours will receive an email one day prior to arrival containing access instructions, gate codes, and key box details.
Please contact the property urgently if you have not received this information before your arrival date.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and fantastic with their communication. The apartment itself was beautiful, easy to find, very comfortable and the air conditioning was such a relief, as we'd visited York during the heat wave. The beds were extremely comfortable I didn't want to leave it and the shower was also really good! Location wise it was very close to all the attractions, it was only about 10 minutes walk and despite the surrounding bars and restaurants it was very quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. They had even filled up the ice tray for us in the freezer. The perfect stay for me and my daughter, thank you!
There wasn't anything I disliked but felt that had I been self catering then I would have found it useful to have more pans, plates and utensils in the kitchen, there was bare minimum in that way. Possibly as it was a luxury apartment a coffee machine would have been nice. But that is my only thoughts on improvement and definitely wouldn't stop me from booking again.
Very secure entry and on opening the door to the apartment it was as it said on the tin,spacious,clean, everything we would need and more. Very much a home from home,super comfy bed and very clean fluffy towels (the little gift bag in the bathroom was very much appreciated). Loved the sanctuary of the separate sitting room to relax and read my book whilst hubby watched the World Cup,thank you. All in all a wonderful visit and just wished we had booked a longer stay.

Location, privacy, quiet neighborhood, clean, well-appointed kitchen, with dishwasher, good combo refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer, access to facility was very access, TV was easy to use, bed was very comfortable, and spacious.
Did not have a lift, dryer did not work very well, very limited toiletries, if you have a car there is no parking facility, no luggage storage for early arrival or late checkout.
Great location and really comfortable and well equipped apartment. Self-service check in was easy.

It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus on the very hot days we stayed. The triple glazed windows made it very quiet from people outside.
The small wash basins. I’m not sure if the basins were too small or the taps were too big - either way it was struggle to wash my face.
Also the tiny vanity mirror on the dressing table wasn’t much use.
The pillows were very soft and went flat quickly.
The main entrance was sometimes a little noisy.
Perfect location, huge luxury apartment and immaculate. Great to have air conditioning too.
