Dogs are allowed in selected apartments at our Micklegate location. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of GBP 20 per night, per dog. When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit applies. Please contact reception to book.
For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days, you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking.
Reception hours are from 09:30 until 18.00 from Monday to Sunday. Reception hours may vary.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with reception for an additional charge, subject to availability.
As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.
Any and all damage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning. The property will send you an email one day before your arrival with all the information you will need if you arrive outside the reception hours. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

The apartment is spacious and clean and the bed was extra large and very comfortable.
Only 2 hangers provided, more would be appreicated.
A very small flimsy washing up cloth was provided, a more substantial one is needed.
Flat #5 - quick walk from the train station. Very spacious. Beautiful set of buildings and very safe and secure location. Nice to have Aircon, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
A few minor issues. A few of the lights flickered (fridge light and the one along the wall to the left of the nautical mirror). Blinds were a bit dusty.

Venetian blinds let a lot of light in. Double glazing would help to shut out street noise.
Stunning apartment. Very spacious and well decorated. Brilliant location only a few minutes walk away from the Shambles and surrounding area. My friend and I were so happy with this place and would 100% go back.

There was longterm waterworks going on right under the kitchen, lounge and bedroom windows causing us to keep the blinds shut from 7.30am to 5.30pm with early starts and constant noise.
The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and felt luxurious with lots of nice touches. I felt it was good value for how nice the apartment was and a great location!

Great location with easy access to the Railway Station and the city centre. Check in was easy and the information provided was very good to facilitate this. We were in Apartment 16 Stonegate on Tanner Row. This was larger than we’d expected and although it was in the basement, there is a clever skylight at one end which brings natural light in to the lounge / kitchen area. It felt like a very luxurious stay for us and we would stay again.

It’s a good location, easily accessible from the station and close to the centre. The bed was very comfortable and the room a great size
I was on the ground floor and unfortunately disturbed by the road works (June 2026). I think considering the price there could have been a few more luxuries included (eg other places I’ve stayed had a bottle of milk in the fridge, a wider range of teas and some snacks like crisps and biscuits). The shower was a bit on the weak side. Overall though it was a good stay - these are just things that would take it to the next level!
