Very modern, well equipped and very central. Excellent location. There was no air con, just a fan, so being in the top room, it was extremely hot but, I guess that might apply to the whole of the UK at present

Having to go to the hotel continental to lock up the key
The natural light, windows, doors and cleanliness are second to none. Parking included was a huge bonus. Housekeeping -wow. was like syncronyised swimming, all done in the blink of an eye by lovely people.
no air con… however i do acknowledge summer in the uk is a few days so totally understandable

Location location location !! Just perfect, parking a bonus! Just great, apartment clean & modern.
Everything you need catered for; iron, hairdryer, fridge kettle & drinks supplied.
No a/c. One small fan, no insulated curtains to block out heat. It was 30 degree during our stay, generally British weather not this hot, but boy was the apartment stiflingly unbearable hot during the day. It only cooled fractionally at night even with all the windows open.
Chairs on the balcony (whilst nice) were too big, imo. Smaller chairs would suit better, maybe a bistro style set with table ?. Also two chairs per bedroom would be a good addition, as most rooms would cater for 2 people, so you can sit rather than lay on the bed all the time, it’s just my personal preference and there is room for an extra chair & maybe a small coffee table (under the tv?)

What a fabulous little apartment in the heart of Whitstable with views to the sea. My husband and I were travelling with my Aunt and this apartment worked out better value than two hotel rooms and gave us more freedom. The place was immaculately clean and the little balconies overlooking the sea were a bonus.
Picking up the keys from the hotel which was a 5/10 minute drive away. Not a problem for us as we had a car, but if you travel by train that would be more of an incovenience.
Close to the seafront and parking underneath the apartment. Lots of local shops and cafes to choose from within a 5 minute walk. Good size rooms and bathrooms, with free water and carton drinks cooling in the fridge.
Collection of keys from hotel down the road. No directions included in the confirmation email on how to get to the hotel. No kitchen or living room, but this would be difficult to provide due to apartment size.
The lady on reception was so wonderful, really helpful. A very seamless experience. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for my overnight stay prior to heading over to France through the tunnel. The covered parking area was perfect for the motorcycle.

No sitting area (lounge area)or kitchen in this property. Although pointed about and didn’t think it would matter it did.
Reception staff perhaps a little unfriendly but the cleaners were very friendly and helpful.
Would go back but would look at one of there other properties
The position was excellent and the accommodation luxurious.

Great location, lovely and clean, good size rooms, nice selection of teas, coffees and a few complimentary drinks in the fridge
No air con, ventilation or effective fan. We happened to visit during the heatwave and despite having the balcony doors wide open all night it was impossible to sleep as the room was so hot. Only a very weak desktop fan was provided which just blew warm air. The fridge was also warm. If it wasn’t in the mid 30s I’m sure we’d have enjoyed our stay more though
Great location. Private access to beach. Very clean. Great facilities. Two good sized bathrooms. Comfy beds. Juice/water/tea/coffee/milk provided. Undercover car spot provided with room. Easy check out. Good view of beach. Fans provided.
No shared space or kitchenette (expected this under the term “apartment”). Didn’t find this out until after the booking went through. Collection of keys were off site (friendly and helpful receptionist however).
Location, close to both the beach and local shops and restaurants. Great little Oyster bar literally a 5 minute walk from apartment. Parking under the unit was a big bonus. Comfortable beds and excellent showers.
A lounge area would have been nice, balcony could have been bigger, hardly enough room for two people to sit outside when door from room is open.
