Fantastic Location for exploring Whitstable
Pros:

Amazing location
Parking space secure and perfectly placed
Modern, clean and well maintained
Fridge with water and juice
Tea/coffee tray with biscuits
2 bathrooms with toiletries provided and plenty of towels and hair dryer
Partial sea view
Good supply of hot water to showers

Cons:

No air-conditioning and fan provision definitely not enough in top floor bedroom when outside temps high.
Indicated in room that units were serviced, except for weekends and we didnt have any service despite booking Wed - Friday
Top floor bathroom poorly equipped in terms of space for personal items.
No noise insulation from adjoining unit
Pillows need replacing and had to remove duvet from cover as tog too high for summer use.

Very pleased with our choice of accommodation. Perfectly placed for shops, beach, restaurants and the fabulous sunsets..
Pros:

Location was excellent, beautiful sea view, the safety of car parking.. ease of use. Facilities were great.

Cons:

Nothing.. only one word of advice would be to have some hooks in top floor bathroom and maybe a shelf for toiletries.

Comfortable 2 story apartment very close to beach & town with parking
Pros:

Location to beach & harbour is excellent
Parking space below apartment
Quality of beds, daily room service and fridge/coffee making facilities on each floor
En-suites also very nice with good showers
Nice balcony to sit and watch the seafront activities

Cons:

Warehouse 2 EV charger did not work but we were able to plug into warehouse 1 charger to fully charge for free.
Road noise was quite loud as our apartment was near to the road, other apartments may be quieter with better sea view if closer to the seafront.

Great base for a weekend in Whitstable
Pros:

Well located with a view of the sea and a dedicated parking space

Cons:

It was quite noisy at night (especially with people shouting about being locked out of the gate at midnight and again at 3am)

No water and a heatwave
Pros:

The building had a charging point

Cons:

No water, no ventilation, almost passed out from the heat in the property, communication about water shortage not giving early enough to cancel and find other accommodation. A total disaster.

Location excellent, with parking on site like gold dust.

Cons:

Given that the accommodation is spread over three floors, there is no communal space at all, just an entrance hall and two not-very-big bedrooms. The bedroom on the top floor is open plan from the staircase, so not much privacy. A bit cramped.
