Location and rooms were very bright and clean

Cons:

Unfortunately there was no water in Whitstable the day we arrived so we were not able to stay at the property. No flexibility when it came down to earlier check in. Lots of rules and regulations

Perfect location, great value for money. I would return

The location was brilliant and the warehouse had everything we needed.

Cons:

The futon bed was quite uncomfortable and is likely I need of replacement. It didn’t make for a very good night’s sleep.

No air conditioning and two very poor fans. Customer service from the hotel ways exceptionally poor: second fan brought to the room very late after insisting we had the correct amount (1 per room: we had one for the whole flat).

Great Stay
Pros:

Spacious property overlooking the sea where you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep. Mini fridges stocked with cold drinks and tea and coffee facilities on each floor was really unexpected. Good size bathrooms and powerful showers.

Cons:

Problems experienced with the keycard and having to return to the hotel several times to get them reprogrammed as well as issues with the parking permit. Found it difficult to get hold of reception on the phone but they were helpful.

Lovely location and overall decent facilities.
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

There were a few things in the property that needed some attention, particularly the front door which was far from easy to shut and secure, which they were aware of and advised us when we picked up the keys. The doors in the upstairs bedroom were difficult to shut and secure and the mirror in the en-suite was not really usable.
