Pros:

Lovely little find. Had everything we required. Very cosy and clean and quiet location. Lots of shops and eating establishments in the vicinity. Bed was very comfortable. Very informative welcome pack provided.

Cons:

We couldn't quite work out how to use the stove top. Bit technical for us oldies. We did call in someone to help, but they weren't sure either. But very helpful and it did work eventually.

Lovely, little gem of a find.
Pros:

We loved this place, a great find and we will be returning. The air con was fab and it was really clean and had a lovely feel about it. The pub next to it was an added bonus.

Cons:

The microwave/oven didn’t work as well as we would have liked it to.

Worth the stay
Pros:

A nice stay over. Well situated in the town. Reasonably peaceful even though the pub across the walkway. Nice pub too. Shower excellent. Nice little river and golf course very close . Would deffo stay again

Cons:

We found the bed too hard but some people may like that so I wouldn't really down any marks for that. Only other small thing was the two frying pans really do need replacing and I fixed the one without the handle so back to two again. Definitely not non stick 🙂 That's it really .

Not bad but had its problems
Pros:

Central location. Good sized living area and bathroom.

Cons:

A public footpath runs past all the rooms. The car park is shared with the pub next door which I thought might be a problem but wasn't. Most of the disturbance came from people walking by with children and dogs running around, sometimes right up to the glass door. It didn't happen all the time but when it did it was rather irritating. Also, very limited food preparation and storage space.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Comfortable, laundry facilities, small kitchen with hot plate and microwave.

Cons:

Check in time of 4pm, very intermittent wifi dropped out often, narrow entry in the property.

Rodent problem
Cons:

This property has a rodent problem.
I contacted them on the second night to let them know there was a mouse issue in the attic above the bed. They entered the property the next day, set mouse traps in another part of the property where there were no mice, then messaged to tell me that they couldn't access the attic so couldn't deal with the problem.
I was offered no alternative room.
I spent three sleepless nights listening to a family of mice making a lot of noise in the attic directly above the bed.

The property offered no compensation.
They said they would 'investigate' by asking people staying in other rooms if they had a problem, and if previous residents of the room I was staying in had a problem.
How that would inform them of the issue that I experienced for three nights is bewildering. Neighbouring rooms may not have mice in their attic space, and the mice may not have taken up residence prior to me staying a the property.

The least they should have done was offer alternative accommodation, or issued a partial refund.

Do not stay here unless you want to pay a lot of money to not be able to sleep, to then experience terrible customer service from the team.
