Great location with easy transport links. Property felt safe.
Shower head was caked in soap scum and the tap was a trickle.
The biggest selling point is its location, just 10 min stroll to Tower of London and 10 min walk from Liverpool Street underground station. the apartment provides all basics it clean. All in all good value for money. Great for short stay.

really good value, with everything you need - a good comfy bed and a decent shower, even having a kitchen with frdige which is a bonus! central location, easy to find,
The whirring of the fridge and street noise meant i needed to use earplus, but i recognise these are probably not something you can avoid. the central location is very handy . wold have preferred to know the access details earlier in the day so I wasnt panicking and having to chase up to receive these.

For me it had everything I needed - clean room, good location according to my destination (I came for a conference).
Even there was no clear signs outside the hotel - the direction instruction given from owner was very clear and I had no problem accessing room or hotel itself.
Kitchen had everything I needed but having coffee in offer would be nice and convenient. (there was tea and sugar but I prefer coffee in the morning :-)) I don't mind having it with me, but it was my little hope. Other that there is nothing I would improve.
It was the only affordable available property in the area at the time
The mattress was a bit strange...could not sleep well. The property didn't feel secure as I had to sleep with the window open...I was scared to leave my stuff in the hotel so I left my luggage in the local luggage storage space. There are not shampoo, body soap to have a shower. The stairs are narrow and it would have been a nightmare if I took my luggage up there on top floor.
