Recently refurbished, lovely clean room, brand new shower room, fully stocked kitchenette.
Slight delay getting deposit returned but not really an issue.
Nothing, I arrived, paid £50 deposit and then was told there was no room for me. They told me they had double booked. They said they would refund my booking, they haven't, they said they would refund my deposit, they haven't. Do not book this place, booking.com should not use this place either. Disgusting..

Idealy for what we need and carpark
The room was very hot in the heat even with the fan we had

3. KITCHEN
Deposit process...
No transparency in Deposit before access.
No mirror lite.
Not a simple process.
Taken ages for deposits 2x £50 to return and a fee was charged... not good!
Funny smell now and then.
