Reservation Payment Terms:
Please be aware payment is processed for all reservations at the time of the booking being created. A damage deposit will be required on the day of arrival and the amount of this is based on the apartment booked with us.
Reception Opening Hours:
Our Reception closes at 6pm UK Time (18.00). Checking in after 6pm is possible if the preauthorisation damage deposit is paid prior to 6pm on the day of arrival. Check in after 6pm will be via self check in key box entry. Guests arriving after this 6pm will need to prearrange this self check in and will be messaged prior to their arrival with codes and instructions for key box access. We kindly ask that guests arriving after 11pm (23.00) do so quietly as the properties are located in residential areas.
Car Parking :
We recommend local car parking on your booking confirmation depending on where your apartment in located. Parking is possible in local privately owned car parks, parking is not free of charge and is subject to change due to public car park price fluctuations. Please note that this property can only accommodate stag or hen parties with prior arrangement.
Luggage Storage:
The property is able to store luggage after departure for an additional cost at our reception at Monkbar, YO31 7HB. If you would like to arrange this please call our reception. Our reception is located at 7 Lord Mayor's Walk, YO31 7HB.
Damage Deposit :
A pre authorization damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and should be released shortly after check-out subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Apartment Building Information:
Please note the buildings are Grade II listed and over a hundred years old. Some rooms have slightly uneven floors and steep staircases - guests with mobility issues or those traveling with young children should take note of this. Friendly staff are happy to help with luggage if this is an issue.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Emplacement exceptionnel ! Lit très confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Prime Video disponible. Facilité de check in et check out.
Manque de rangements dans la salle de bains : une étagère au dessus du lavabo et un meuble à étagères au dessus des toilettes.

Location
Cleanliness was really poor. My baby crawled on the floor for 5 minutes and her trousers were black on the knees. I’m not sure if pets are allowed at this apartment but the settee had dog hair on it and smelt like a dog. The noise level in the apartment was really high. We could hear everything from neighbouring apartments and this woke my baby multiple times. The pub over the road emptied their bins at 5am each day causing significant noise as no double glazed windows.
Clean, accessible and it felt "safe".
Space was more than I was expecting.
I travelled by motorcycle and would have liked to have been allowed to park it behind the property.
Great location! We could walk to everything we wanted to see.
You have to go up some stairs to get into the apartment, it is important to let you know in advance
The apartment was beautiful, location was excellent, beds very comfortable, it was clean all through .
Check out time was early seeing as we only checked in at 3pm , we had to check out at 10 am , if we wanted a 12 noon checkout it was 30 pounds extra , it wasn’t a cheap apartment for one night which was our choose , but due the the check in time and so early checkout time I wouldn’t book again .
Pretty good and clean apartment. Close to the center. That maybe good and bad at the same time, as it was noisy outside, but that was expected. So, no problem.
The address shown in booking is opposite to actual address. So, it took for me around half-hour to find the place. Also, I would not say that apartment was spacious, but that was enough.
Location great but sadly it was a very noisy place to sleep. Apartments in the same block were very load with drunken people. One neighbour must of been locked out so was banging for about an hour and could hear a phone keep ringing and another apartment was singing and being loud for hours. Lots of people swearing late/early into the night/morning in the alley. For an apartment complex need to have night staff on hand if the quiet rule is to be enforced.
Apartment itself was ok. Didn’t like the early 10am check out, especially after the disruption in the night and morning! Wouldn’t stay again sadly.

The owners were so sweet and helpful.. nothing was a problem. Will be back next year. I am going to stay here.
The accomodations were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The patio was amazing! The location was convenient for everything we wanted to see. The kitchen was sizeable and well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay.
