Pros:

The location was great for day trips and offered a nice sea view, which was a real highlight.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately had several issues throughout our visit. The shower water was too hot to use comfortably or safely for the entire stay — we raised this with the manager, who disputed our experience, but we were never able to use it as intended. The floors and toilets were dirty when we arrived and stayed that way throughout our stay. Kitchen equipment was in poor condition: a saucepan and glasses had to be replaced after we raised concerns, and a plate broke while being placed carefully on the table. The property is also located near a generator, boatyard, and helicopter training facility — none of this was mentioned in the listing, and the noise and fumes were disruptive throughout the stay, including a helicopter flight at night that woke us up. The manager did replace some items when asked, but overall the property did not match what was described, and the core issues were not resolved during our stay.

Lovely relaxing stay and value for money.
Pros:

Great location on the water, everything you need in an apartment. Great value for money. The views are amazing, especially watching the sun set at the end of the day.

We only stayed one night because we were staying with friends but would have happily stayed for longer.

Cons:

Not a true dislike at all but the bed needed tightening as it was a little squeaky. Only an issue because my boyfriend is much heavier than me! But it would be worth the cleaning team or someone every so often just tightening the screws.

Expectional accommodation and location. Great views and plenty of space.
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, with great facilities. The wide ranging views from the main bedroom, kitchen and lounge area were amazing.

Cons:

The property was lovely, although the living room and stairs needed to be re-cleaned

A little bit mixed experience
Pros:

Leuk verblijf; je zit letterlijk bovenop het water, uitzicht is fenomenaal, terrasje is leuk!

Cons:

Verschillende kleine zaken vielen tegen: geluid van tv was stuk, oven en keuken waren supervuil, geen zeep in de badkamer, geen andere toiletartikelen, een van de lakens had een scheur, en er hing een overheersende 'swiffer'-geur. Tijdens de nacht konden we de gesprekken van de buren heel makkelijk verstaan. Die bleven tot diep in de nacht praten, helaas.

Fantastic for few days break in Portland
Pros:

Location was great, easy to find and parking available next to the cabin. The view was amazing! Really spectacular.

Cons:

Cleaninless could be better, especially on the kitchen utensils, drawers, and some of the toilet corners.

Pros:

We liked the location, lovely looking out over the harbour .Our cabin was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and overall very well presented .

Cons:

The second bedroom was a little bit smaller especially the bathroom but we only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't too bad. It was quite noisy with Cabin 8 having a sitting area directly above our lounge and there was some noise I think from the boatyard ,however, the second night was much quieter.

Nice but needs a deep clean
Pros:

We loved the location and the style Of the apartment
And the fact you can use the paddle boards etc

Cons:

It needed a very good clean. We dropped something under the bed and it was disgusting. It obviously has a general clean but needs a good thorough clean. Also we mentioned it was my wives birthday and they said they’d do balloons and banners and unfortunately this was also not done. Shame. But we did love the location

View

Cons:

Needs a deep clean. Grime in areas and floors need a good clean. Some cutlery and other utensils not clean. Couch awful material. Unclean. Helicopter noise constant and invasive. Didn't like the area.
