Pros:

Отличное расположение в туристическом эпицентре. Традиционный итальянский дворик, где как-то по-особенному уютно. В номерах комфортно и чисто, есть всё необходимое. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, приятные люди. Рекомендую.

Cons:

Нужно быть готовым к тому, что тяжелый багаж придется поднимать по узкой наружной лестнице без лифта. Но это мелочи.)

Апартаменты рекомендую к проживанию
Pros:

1) место расположения. В исторической части Тбилиси, рядом - в «шаговой доступности» основные достопримечательности города. С одной стороны рядом оживленная городская улица, а вы проходите с десяток метров и оказываетесь на тихой улочке. Очень удобно
2) атмосфера. Небольшой уютный грузинский дворик. Сложилось впечатление, что вы вернулись в беззаботное детство, когда вокруг вас спокойствие , забота и внимание. Добрая хозяйка Маргарита всегда подскажет, поможет. Через гида- водителя Давида организовала познавательные экскурсии по основным достопримечательностям Грузии.
В номере есть все необходимое - кондиционер, полотенце , ванные принадлежности, тапочки
3) сон, кровать. После активного отдыха всегда важно полноценно выспаться. И важными фактором является кровать и полушка. Кровать в меру жесткая и позвоночник «говорит спасибо», подушки удобные

Добрый отель, хочется еще раз вернуться

Çok temizdi, konumu çok merkezi ve odada ihtiyacınız olabilecek hemen her şey düşünülmüştü. (Ayakkabı sileceğine kadar). Ayrıca konaklama sahibinin tatlı sohbeti, güleryüzü ve yardımcı olması bizi çok memnun etti, kendisine tekrar teşekkür ederiz… uçağımız gece olduğu için bavullarımızı otelde bırakma konusunda çok yardımcı oldu ve akşam aldık otelden, bu bizim için önemli bir detaydı

Локация супер, но в номере муравьи, плохой интернет и мрачность
Pros:

Местоположение хорошее, это старый город, много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. Владелица приятная, вежливая и быстро отвечает здесь.
В номере были все предметы как заявлено.

Cons:

Вроде бы все есть и более менее прилично, но не комфортно. Я брала маленький номер. Света в нем нет, напротив окна стена заброшенного дома. Если планируете время днем проводить в номере, то будет мрачно. В номере были муравьи, в основном на шкафу, где телевизор. Как раз там где чай/кофе, холодильник. До кровати не бегали:) Интернет был ужасный, поработать не получится.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Konum çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde. Oda, yataklar çok rahattı. Ev sahibimiz çok ilgiliydi. Her an ulaşabildik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bir daha gitsem yine tercih ederim.
