A localização é excelente, próximo ao Porto, restaurantes e ponto de ônibus. O café da manhã também é ótimo com variedade de frutas e pães, tudo delicioso.

Pros:

Excellent staff. It is very clean. The location is really good. The room was breezy even in hot days.

Cons:

The room was not like the pictures though, it was supposed to have sea view, but it only had a window, whereas in the pictures they have balcony. I think they have better rooms, just htis one was very dark. The breakfast could have more variety. Also , it is not really a spa included, keep in mind that the use of the pool was included but for the spa you need to pay extra.

Fabulous good value stay.
Pros:

The hotel itself is ideally located. It is within a few mins walk to Fira town centre but is far enough away so that it is very quiet. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. The room was spacious and the hot tub was a great size too. The view from the hot tub was lovely.

Cons:

The only small criticism is that we had a room for 3 people and the mattress on the small single bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable.

O atendimento foi excelente, disposto a ajudar e dar dicas sobre locais turísticos, restaurantes e serviços como aluguel de carro. Ótima localização, próximo do centro e da estação de onibus, porém em uma área mais calma. O café da manhã era gostoso, o quarto tinha vista para o mar e foi possível entrar antes do horário de check-in.

Spresa and her team are doing an amazing job! They are so friendly, nice and helpful. What ever we needed they made sure to help.
