Beautifully set simple hotel kept well and super friendly
Pros:

Gorgeous setting looking out on to the hills of n a quiet location but main town an easy walk.
Room well appointed and bed comfy.
Staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast an additional charge but only €8 and a good amount for the money which you could select yourself from a menu.
Pool area lovely and plenty of room

Cons:

Shower cubicle a little tight if you were a larger person perhaps

Always amazing every time
Pros:

We have been here 6 times and absolutely love it here.property always very clean and staff and owners always happy and so friendly.make you feel like family

Would still recommend though
Pros:

Its in the walking distance of the main Beach, so basically everything is close. They have a parking for several cars, very nice pool and sunbeds there. The bar is cheap considering its next to a pool. The room itself is very clean. Don’t expect some luxury but for the price its really enough, comfortable bed, you have balcony even when you’re downstairs. Next to a hotel is market and awesome restaurant.

Cons:

The shower pressure is high and could be uncomfortable for some people, the doors to shower don’t close and if you’re showering longer than 5 minutes you’ll have water everywhere. the breakfasts aren’t all you can eat type of thing but rather choose one breakfast food and beverages.

Phivos Hotel is spotlessly clean, with comfortable accommodation and a beautiful pool and gardens. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They go out of their way to make sure their guests have a wonderful holiday.

Pros:

Location right next to beautiful beaches! There is a souvenir store, a take-away food store open late in the night, and a supermarket all within like a 3 minute walk. Pool and bar is always lively and fun!

Cons:

Parking lot gets full by night time- but that’s not a big issue.

Unbelievable value.
Pros:

Everything! The staff were incredibly helpful (special mention to Pauli). The hotel is well maintained, all rooms are fully double glazed. The pool area and bar are delightful. There is ample parking and the location is very convenient, about a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and 30 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by car) from the busiest part of Paleokastritsa.

The cost represents unbelievable value.

Nothing. Everything was great.
