Theo and his family are great hosts. They took very good care of us for the 9 nights we spent there. Our studio was spacious, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. I certainly recommend it to everyone.
Just a heads-up for future guests: they also own a nearby hotel with the same name, which caused some confusion for our transfer driver. Not a complaint at all, just something to keep in mind! When we arrived at the studios, Theo was actually waiting for us over at the hotel.
El servicio excelente y muy buena gente, buena ubicación y opcion psra cocinar. La señora que limpiaba un amor nos reponía y limpiaba diariamente aunque no estaba incluido. El host nos recomendó opciones y nos dio una buena bienvenida al llegar

Staff muito atencioso e prestável, sempre disponíveis para ajudar (presencialmente ou via WhatsApp, o que foi fantástico). Foi possível alugar um carro através do hotel, o que nos poupou tempo e nos transmitiu segurança. A equipa do Ostria tornou a nossa estadia na maravilhosa ilha de Milos ainda mais especial. Obrigado!
Perfect location, close to Adamas though quiet spot unlike. Good spot to visit the rest of the island from and easy access for ferry and boat trips.
There was a weird smell coming out of the bathroom. We didn't have to complain about it, they try to make it go away everyday but it kept coming back. Not the worst but not very pleasant.

A compact studio with a pretty outdoor patio and cute cats. It’s conveniently located and near to a small beach. The staff are really lovely!
The room is a little bit dark, which made it feel slightly stuffy at times. Also, although it has a kitchenette, it didn’t come with some basic tools like a chopping board, or condiments like salt and pepper. Those added trimmings would’ve made it more comfortable!
Was in a great location and was clean & tidy. Nikolas was easy to contact & even arranged a pick up from the airport to the apartment for us. The bonus was the cat & her 3 kittens who lives at the apartments. So very cute and friendly 🐱
Nothing to dislike. But we do have a suggestion. Maybe look into getting either shutters on the outside of the windows or block-out blinds. As there were lights left on all night from the upstairs residence. But again, not a dislike. Just a suggestion
The place is run by a lovely family, our kids loved especially the grandma. The outdoor areas are great: in the shade so they stay relatively cool even during the hottest hours of the day. The room we stayed in was small but still enough because we spent a lot of our time in the nice common areas. The location is perfect: central but still quiet and has a nice beach within walking distance. It was super clean and kept clean, too, thanks to the grandma and the outdoor shower to wash your feet after the beach.
Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even after our ferry got cancelled due to bad weather. Would love to stay again one day- thanks again! :)
The location was good. We would walk into town every day, about a 5 min walk. The room was cleaned every day. We would have fresh baked goodies in our room when we would get back from the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and to get a hold off if need.
