Everything was perfect - location, hospitality, cleaning news
Pros:

The property was pretty close to the bus stop, has a great view from the terrace and is out of the noise of downtown.

Cons:

Everything was good, probably in our 10 days stay the towels could have been changed twice not once.

Struttura posizionata vicino al centro. 10 minuti a piedi dall.inizio della via principale di Papadiamantis. 10minuti a piedi Da una bella spiaggia Megali Ammos. Da considerare che l.appartamento rimane in una stretta via con due ripide strade in salita sul lato destro e sinistro. L.isola non è piatta quindi i sali scendi sono normali anche se percorrere strade in salita sotto il sole non può definirsi comodo
.Host molto assente. Abbiamo avuto un solo incontro all.arrivo dove ci ha fornito alcune informazioni e lasciato un suo recapito telefonico.
Per il resto ogni giorno Dal mattino fino alle 14 c.è una ragazzina molto giovane presente all.esterno degli appartamenti. Fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun genere. Il prezzo dell.appartamento trilocale da me acquistato non è consono ai servizi offerti. Pulizia discreta ma vari difetti : cassaforte non era presente anche se riportato su booking. L.abbiamo richiesta e ce l.hanno fornita. Salviette molto vecchie e ruvide. Coperchio del WC rotto. Cuscini particolarmente scomodi. Per 1300 euro una settimana ritengo che si potrebbe fare di meglio.

Great staff and location
Pros:

The staff was great. They accomodated each of our requests very timely and were always responsive to our texts. They gave us good recommendations too. They kitchen was very well stocked and our room had a great view of skiathos town. They cleaned the rooms every day.

The location is just a 10min walk to the main area of skiathos town and is just a couple minutes away from the bus stop, a great gyros place and a nicely stocked supermarket.

Cons:

There were ants on the patio couches and we could not sit on them. But this looked like a temporary problem that could be easily fixed. It wasnt a big problem because we were able to bring out the chairs and table from the room for the one night we needed them.

Appartamento molto carino, non lontano dal centro (700-800 metri) e lontano 3 km circa dall’aeroporto. Camere molto cari
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, bagno carino, servizi presenti. Condizionatore funzionante, wifi funzionante correttamente.

Cons:

Poca luce nel bagno, poco spazio per appoggiare gli asciugamani. La strada per raggiungerlo (dal porto) ad un certo punto diventa molto in salita, molto faticosa, sarebbe carino scriverlo.

perfect location - quiet area which is also very close to the town centre with all restaurants and bars, two bus stops nearby, as well as big supermarket Sklavenitis and Megali Ammos beach

Great location and value for money, facilities up to every traveller’s expectations
Pros:

Great location just a few minutes from the main town street, great host George with plenty recommendations, room was comfortable with a lovely balcony view, AC works very well, spacious bathrooms, cleaning service is prompt and discreet. Great to have kitchenette to prepare our own breakfast. Open terrace outside with seating for those who wish to socialize outside their own room or balcony.

Cons:

Parking situation is not optimal around the property due to narrow/dirt roads (which is expected on an island) but the host provided alternatives and we parked our car nearby with no issues.
